We really enjoyed our stay here. The bungalow rooms are a bit smaller than the hotel rooms I am used to, but it was still very comfortable. Everything was clean.
The beach is rocky, but if you go out on the pier, there are stairs into the water where it is better. We spent a lot of time at the pool, where they have a swim-up bar, as well as servers to bring you drinks. The staff was very friendly, and there were some fun activities scheduled that you could participate in if you wanted to. The buffets had a lot of delicious options. We also enjoyed the entertainment in the evening.

this wasn't a 5 star hotel. rooms were not clean or cosy. food was not 5 star. entertainment was not 5 star.
there may be lots of facilities but they are not provided well.

Unbelievable service, good food and beautiful setting. Last resort on the island and the beaches are walkable and safety is of no concern. Staff was excellent and Cesar at guest services was great and very helpful, we never felt pressure, only genuine assistance.

The place is amazing! This is our 2nd time here. It’s so unique to other hotels with the colorful cute huts. Max and the entertainment staff were great. Actually all the staff are great. The biggest problem is the staff having to work wearing clothes that should be worn in a winter place. These poor staff members are working so hard why sweating to death. Please atleast have them wear short sleeves and not long sleeves. If we are sitting and sweating imagine how hot the staff is working. Also food is all so good but it’s so hard to enjoy sitting and dining with no air conditioning. This place is by far one of the best places. Everyone is so sweet and nice and go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy and everything is spotless clean. Please bring back the steakhouse.

We stayed at Iberostar Cozumel and took part in the zumba, Aqua zumba and yoga classes by Manolo. His classes were excellent and fun. I really recommend them. The zumba, yoga and strech classes were at the beach, in the shade with a beautiful view of the sea.

Lovely resort. The staff was phenomenal and very friendly. The entertainment was not advertised well but the shows were great! Wonderful for the whole family. They had a great variety of activities for all ages. It was not hard to find food. It was available until 9 pm somewhere. The specialty restaurants were great our favs were the Las 2 Marias and the Pegoda (no charge). The gift shop on the grounds is open 7am-10pm. T-shirts, vanilla, trinkets, jewelry, liquor, snacks and emergency meds. Andres in the shop was very helpful and spoke English well. The main dining areas are all open air. So it does get a little warm during the summer. The pool is 4’3” and the kiddie pool is 6”. There is a swim up bar also. Direct access to the beach and the pier was easily accessible to get in the water. Clean restrooms throughout the facility. In the evening there are street vendors that sell touristy souvenirs. Tipping is appreciated but not required. Our favorite staff was Carlos in the dining, Rocio, Max and Angeles for activities and the entire dance team for the evening entertainment was excellent. Would highly recommend this resort!

Hilario the Captain was AMAZING!! He made us the best fire coffee. The service was great. The food was even better! They had such a great spread. The sushi, egg rolls, pad ti was the best we have had yet. Hilario went above and beyond to help us with my daughter’s food allergies. I will be eating there again before I leave!!
