Be very careful, it is the worst hotel in Cozumel
The worst vacation of my life. Horrible food horrible drinks. The day you arrive you can't make a reservation for the only nice restaurant because you have to make reservations before 12 and check-in is at 3. The next day I got to the restaurant, well, 45 minutes in the restaurant and no one approached me to see if I wanted something to drink. I call Captain Jaime and I tell him and he tells me I already came and he didn't even bring me anything or offer me anything to drink... an hour or a quarter later they brought me meat that I wouldn't even give it to my dog... no make the same mistake as me in booking this hotel !!!!!!!!! From the first day we arrived there were dirty socks hanging in the bathroom. The manager was notified and until the day we did not go there are still the socks

Cet hôtel à la plus belle plage de tous à Cozumel. C'est un petit resort mais tous les repas sont à la carte et tout est bon. Il ne faut pas avoir trop d'attente, mais les chambres sont belles et propre, un peu veillo mais quand même parfaite. Pour ce qui est du service, je dirais que seul le moment du check-in est long. Je ne sais pas si c'est le systeme informatique qui fait que c'est très long ou autre chose, mais il faut prévoir facilement 10 à 15 minutes par chambre pour l'enregistrement... La force de l'hôtel, service à la plage. On peut commander à manger et boire en tout temps. C'est super. La vue mer est incroyable. Ne vous attendez pas à voir des spectacles ou de l'animation tous les jours, il n'y en a pas. C'était notre 2e fois à cet hôtel et nous le recommandons sans hésiter pour des vacances tranquille.
