I cannot recommend the resort enough. We got a private pool and ocean view and everything was perfect. The food and drinks were literally endless and delicious. So many options for entertainment and dining. Activity’s all day long at all of the resorts (all inclusive of course). Everywhere on the resort is “instagram worthy” truly breathtaking beauty. They helped organize any off resort activities or rides. Room service and house keeping was daily and would supply anything you asked. The resort felt especially magical and it’s largely due to the staff, I have never experienced such amazing customer service. Anything you will ever need is always available through the many staff members. For our trip we had multiple stand outs especially Manuel, Mario and Adrian and the rest of their team. We can’t wait to come back might end up staying forever 🤣

I have been a repeat guest to the secrets Cozumel resort of 4 times and previously really enjoyed it but will not return after this weekend. The Dreams is the family friendly "Preferred" resort out of the Hyatt/AMR resorts so. Since we now have a child we booked for a weekend trip in Cozumel. The room and view was great. We had a swim out room right at the beach front and this was the only saving grace to the vacation. Housekeeping, room service and wait staff are overworked and poorly managed. They all seem tired & grumpy and that leads to poor quality service. The food quality is mediocre but we did not go hungry, this is not a foodie hotel. Avoid the pizza place as it is marginal quality pizza and it takes forever to get it to you. Room service brought our order but had missing items multiple times and just said "it will take long to have the missing item delivered". The main pool was hazy all the time and pretty packed but also has no beach views. Since we had access to SunScape resort we spent more time at the SunScape pool which seemed cleaner and less crowded. The beach had sargassum (not a huge amount compared to the mainland) and instead of taking off the beach they moved it to a side right in front of the preferred area and the restaurants. At times it created an unpleasant aroma when out on the beach or sitting at a restaurant. I would not recommend these hotels (Dreams/SunScape/Secrets) anymore.

Fue la primera vez que visito hoteles de esta cadena y me voy satisfecho con el servicio, la comida y bebidas son realmente buenos y algo que aprecio mucho es que nos permitieron estar en el hotel hasta las 3 pm después de entregar la habitación, ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la noche

Nos quedamos en una habitación swim out beach front y eso fue la razón que disfruté las vacaciones. La calidad comida es mediocre pero comestible. El servicio fue pésimo, con meseros groseros y apurados. No tiene buena organización ni gerencia. Hay empleados que trabajan mucho y son atentos pero muchos más que solo están platicando sin trabajar. No podría recomendar el hotel y no planeo regresar.

There was a run on beach chairs every morning, seemingly before 6am. It was really stressful. If you didn’t get up before dawn, it was hard to find a place.
I’m fairly sure I got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet. I was extremely ill for about 16 hours.
It was often difficult to figure things out. Guest were more helpful than staff in a lot of cases.
The property was nice enough and we appreciated the access to Sunscape and Secrets.

Dreams was fabulous! The food selection was diverse and even the buffets were excellent. None of the food was bland or cold. Everything was hot and fresh. We had an ocean view swim out room, which was amazing! I will definitely book the same accommodations on future trips. The beds were so comfortable, I didn't miss home at all. We slept soundly every night. The only bad thing I can say was that you could hear every conversation in the halls as if they were happening inside your room.
