Beautiful views, beautiful sunset and sunrise, next to the beach, near dining options and other walkable areas. Staff did everything they could to take care of us. Will return.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel in September 24. The hotel was the same as presented in photos and in the written description. The accommodations were lovely and Polignano a Mare was simply beautiful. The breakfasts and cocktails on the roof were fantastic. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful and saw to all our needs. They provided us with all the information we needed for various day trips, and provided us with dinner recommendations and reservations every evening, which were perfect. If we ever come back to Polignano a Mare, we will certainly stay here again. Tom and Cindy. Boston, Mass.

This could be a one word review: perfection. You could stop reading there and just book now. The facility is unique and beautiful. The views are stunning. Location is exactly in the area you’ll want to walk around. Food and drinks are great. Best breakfast I’ve had in Italy. The real star of the show is the staff! We loved everyone we met there. Not only were they lovey people, but they were also professional, helpful and knowledgeable. A special thanks to Marika. She is the best! It was as if she was a family member taking personal care of us the entire time. She texted us while we were at the beach to tell us a storm was coming and she was sending a car to pick us up a little early to get us out of there. That is just one example of above and beyond hospitality. I’ll remember our stay at San Michele for the rest of my life.

First of all - exceptional customer service. Anything written wouldn't be enough to describe it. In addition you get great location and bed was super comfortable. My room was overlooking the beach and pretty cool during the hot days the first half of September. The breakfast was another pleasant surprise - everything was super tasty and very well organized. I had a health issue during my stay and the reception stuff were simply amazing - the ladies did more than expected and arranged for me professional medical care and support.

Melhor hotel que podíamos ter escolhido! O quarto era ótimo com uma vista maravilhosa! Além disso, a hospitalidade dos funcionários é INCRÍVEL! A melhor que já vivenciei. Café da manhã espetacular também! Sem dúvida, é um hotel 10/10! Nunca fiquei em um hotel onde me senti tão bem acolhido!

An extraordinary experience from before arrival the communication was excellent and the staff all on hand to ensure our experience and stay was perfect and they were all excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, welcome drink on the roof top on our first night was a perfect welcome. Breakfast was great and tailored to our request. The recommendations were also much appreciated. Thank you to the entire team you were all amazing and thank you for looking after us.
