The ledge is nestled into the forest with wildlife appearing regularly. Lovely peaceful surroundings. The rooms are 70s style cabins with a nice fireplace for cold winter evenings. No internet or TV but I think this is probably how it should be. It is over priced. That’s just the reality but for a short stay it’s fine

The hoel is great with nice restaurants, but the sauna and massage is quite fully booked which needed to be reserved in advanced. The enchanted walk is just right next to the hotel and we had seen so many wonbats at the hotel area and nearby!!

The lobby building had been slightly renovated. The staff was friendly as always. Dinner at the Highland Restaurant was a course selection with only four main dishes to choose from. The taste and appearance had deteriorated considerably compared to before, and the prices were high, so I was disappointed.

This hotel is very well-equipped and the rooms are very comfortable. The location is very convenient. It is very easy to go to Cradle Mountain. There are many tourist spots in front of it.

The location is superb. The Cradle Mountain Shuttle bus can reach the hotel, which is suitable for those who do not drive by themselves. There are many easy hiking trails nearby, and there are many small animals living there. The encounter rate of wombats and wallabies is 100%.

Location: Great location in Cradle Mountain! Near Shadian there are already several starting points for simple hiking trails! Routes ranging from twenty minutes to a few hours! Pleasant scenery! Rainfall track is recommended! We met wombat and wallaby on the route! Cleanliness: Not bad (based on the mountain location, don't expect five-star standards!)! Room: I can’t see the room type on the Trip website! There is a gap between reality and expectations! Especially the spa suite we rented... inside is just a large bathtub with 6 water holes (not a triangular spa)! Food: Breakfast recommended! Not many varieties but high quality! Tarven fast food has no surprises! Finally ⋯ I think I will book this hotel again! Apart from the above weak points, our family still likes this hotel very much, even though the price is 3,000 yuan a night!

All aspects are very warm. The hotel is in the national park and is very convenient to surrounding attractions.

There is no wifi in the room, and there is no signal at all unless you use Telstra. The water heater happened to be broken, and the problem only occurred when the temperature was -2 degrees Celsius. I was supposed to call the front desk, but it turned out that the phone in the room was broken and no one had repaired it. Later, I found a friend and found the hotel front desk number, room and front desk online. Not on the same floor

This is a great hotel! It has a strategic location, convenient transportation, beautiful environment, friendly staff, complete facilities and excellent service. Whether it is business or travel, it is a good choice. Highly recommended!

The hotel on the mountain is really expensive, but the room is quite warm and has a fireplace. There are wombats in the courtyard and the hotel is quite clean. It's worth a visit. The meat sauce for breakfast was delicious, but there was no pasta.

Love this hotel! It is very convenient to enter Cradle Mountain and the ecology is good. Kangaroos, wombats and bandicoots are all neighbors! King billy room type yyds 💖The room comes with a mountain hot spring pool and 24-hour hot water, perfect for winter🛀

The environment is very good, but there is no TV and wifi in the room. It is not bad to be close to nature, but it is a bit boring for urban people at night.
