First time staying here on a business trip. Typical good Hampton Inn stay. Friendly staff, nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Standard breakfast. Reasonably priced. Will stay here again. Nice mountain/western decor in the lobby and halls.

Clean room. Comfy bed. Decent breakfast. Had an issue with double booking and despite 5 DAYS of attempting resolution, 11 days later, we never got refunded and therefore paid DOUBLE for our stay. Manager was well aware of the issue, he gave false info to the credit card company, creating more confusion, repeatedly hid from employees trying to reach out to him on our behalf, and refused to answer the phone and was utterly unhelpful. I wouldn't stay there again and will avoid Hilton Hotels in the future due to the way we were treated.

Stopped into the Hampton Inn, Craig Colorado for one night before flying out of Hayden. I found the hotel to be very clean. The room was a good size with a large bathroom. The bed was comfortable with a nice bedding. The breakfast was the typical Hampton Inn Breakfast, though the dining area seemed on the smaller size for the amount of rooms in the hotel. I did not use the pool or hot tub. The fitness center is large but the equipment could use some updating. Overall the staff were very friendly and seemingly outgoing.

Everything went very well. I got stuck in a meeting and they didn't mind me being late for checkout. Very friendly staff. One of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. I'll definitely book here again for future business trips.

Ceiling falling in bathroom. Tiles cracked in entry way leaving sharp edges. At $200 dollars a night I should have at least got refills on the coffee in the room. Shower doors leak on to the floor making it unsafe. Wood falling off nite stand.

We enjoyed our night at the Hampton Inn at Craig. We were greeted by Jackie (sp) as we entered the hotel. Not only was she friendly and very efficient, but she offered help and information to several questions we had about the area and hotel.
The hotel was very clean and attractive. Each staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly.
