Access to downtown Annecy is good and the breakfast is clean and good. This is a good value hotel.

Remote hotel, but you know that in advance. Nice free parking. Bar for drinks, air conditioning unfortunately stopped working on a hot October day.

Hotel too far from the city center, very poor welcome, fortunately nice room but small for 4. TOP bedding 👍and very quiet. Unfortunately breakfast too industrial (very average).

Nice hotel, 14€50 breakfast too expensive, table football, pinball, billiards at the top.

Hotel located near the motorway exit, with ample parking. The city center is just under 10 minutes away by car. Very friendly staff at reception and rooms in excellent condition.

The staff at reception blamed the morning staff for a room key mistake (another guest trespassing in our room). We received no apology at the time as the staff complained about the morning shift instead of offering us the appropriate apology on behalf of the hotel. We found the intrusion into our room and the communication with the staff that followed quite unpleasant.

Welcoming, attentive and available staff. The rooms are clean. The buffets (restaurant & breakfast) are OK. Small downside on the socket locations in the rooms.
