Arrived to find the bottom of the shower a layer of solid green mould. Splashes of god knows what up the walls, massive coffee rings on cabinets, sticky tape holding the heater together. Thankfully beds/sheets were clean as we did not have the option to move. I rang them the next morning to tell them it was a health hazard and was told ‘oh yeah that room needs a renovation’ and I said ‘no it needs a scrub and a good clean’. I got no solutions, it was just bad luck.

i stayed on my own and i personally wouldnt do it again. There is a guy who lives on the premises decided to have a few drinks and decided to pump his music pumping... each to there own. But not at 1-2 in morning.
Check in was long. No one in reception took roughly 3-6 rings and a voicemail for a call back. Location is good.

It was easy to find, quick check in via a call and the room was clean. In our opinion it wasn't as bad as what others have said. Our room was tidy, spacious for two people. Towels, soap shampoo provided. Obviously there looks to be permanent tenants in some rooms but with the rental shortages that's to be expected. The room didn't smell, bathroom was clean. Water pressure in the shower was great. Bed was comfortable and we didn't get anyone banging on our door. Slept well. We would stay again and recommend to friends if they needed a place to stay in Cranbourne.

Property is a bit tired & certainly needs a bit of attention, room is in need of new doona (burn holes in it) as does the table the tv is on. Suggestion take your own pillows if you don’t like sleeping on concrete. No glasses..Price was cheap.
