Tv not working

It was difficult to control the heat in our room, especially at night. The curtains did not adequately cover the window, allowing light from street lamps to enter the room at night. The wall paper looks dated and was peeling off in the bathroom. Room was rather small to stay in for 7 days. All staff members were warm and friendly. The chicken in cashew sauce was outstanding from the BayLeaf restaurant. Breakfast was good, warm and lots of variety to chose from. Felt safe in the area. The room was very quiet being located fronting the busy street.

I’m a frequent traveller and Wyndham member. I reserved 2 rooms using my account on the Wyndham app. I noted that we were travelling with 2 dogs and require our rooms to be together and pet friendly. I called the hotel directly to confirm and was told all was in order. Upon arrival, we were informed that our reserved pet friendly king room was not available. They offered us a 2 queen positioning it as an upgrade. We’re staying for only 1 night so I accepted. I was then told they do not have 2 rooms together, not even on the same floor and one is not pet friendly. Unbelievable. The icing on the cake was that they then proceeded to insult me by charging my credit card a $100 refundable security deposit. The reason that I joined Wyndham club is to be treated just a little bit better than the guy that walks in off the street. Usually when I check in at a Wyndham member hotel they thank me for being a member and they give you that extra little bit. I have never been charged a security deposit up front particularly since they have all my information including credit card on file. I am extremely disappointed, unsatisfied and insulted. I will be writing to the corporate office requesting an apology and a full refund for this outrage.

Good location and great staff but....The hideaway bed was not cleaned and had dirty linens on there. The room had no 'do not disturb/service room' sign so the room was made up twice (not the hide-a-bed though), needlessly because we had no way to opt out of the clean until we checked out. Some simple and easy changes could have greatly improved the rating.

The room as way too dry. Constantly woke up choking. Horrible night for me. Other than that, everything was really good.

Convenient, quiet and clean. Didn't like the TV choice of channels.

I would recommend this place. Good location, close to everything. Was very clean and every staff member we encountered was friendly. We got a room in the front and they were working on the highway overnight , so a little noisy. If I went again I would request a room at the back side. Indian restaurant in hotel was excellent and the free breakfast was just fine. I would recommend this place
