Quando entri nel hotel ti accorgi subito che non e’ il tipico albergo svizzero . Lo staff e’ all’80% italiano ( nella cucina il 100% napoletano) e si percepisce una informalita’ elegante che ti fa sentire a casa . Lo stile degli interni e’ sontuoso e caldo con ampie camere e suites . La Spa e piscina interna sono top ! Ma quello che rende l’albergo unico e’ il personale e la loro simpatia . Molto raccomandato!!!

Un posto fantastico!!! Un hotel di grande classe, uno charme unico, un posto dove appena si entra ci si sente molto bene Il personale molto piacevole e competente, il ristorante è sempre eccellente! Old hotel, mold on the ceiling around the windows. Cobwebs in the room. In the morning at lunch, drops of water fell on me. I look up, there were yellowish cracks on the ceiling. I told the butler he said yes yes we know it's been a while. Completely normal, paying 500.- a night and having all that. Lunch orange juice in granini bottles. For a 5 star just unacceptable. The only positive point is the very kind and helpful staff. But the rest leaves something to be desired.

The room is nothing like a 5* hotel. I spoke out on this subject when it was received, I was listened to and that's it. Several points were wrong and I am not going to list them except these: in the bathroom you have to close the blind completely because the slats do not turn in the right direction (parking side), the built-in toilet flush is not fixed, difficult movement in the room (impeded by a large armchair and the secretary table when it is open - without a chair to sit on), cleaning not done around the edges, I hit my head several times under the lampshade of the floor lamp (narrow passage from the bed and the window), the electrical outlet is not secure. Otherwise the bed was very good, the carpet was clean although not in one piece. The staff are lovely.

Fuyez ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles, max un 2. Hôtel vétuste tout est vieux et moche. La chambre est poussiéreuse et sent mauvais. Rideau de douche et joints baignoire moisis. Petit dej ok et dame du spa très serviable. Sinon les bons Resldeal une arnaque, on ne nous y reprendra plus!

Bellissimo posto con infrastrutture eccellenti! Lo spa di 2000 mq…. Piscina grandissima e fitness tecnogym di ultima generazione Abbiamo fatto massaggi stupendi e cure del viso meravigliose…. dopo una giornata di golf! Avevamo una camera con una vista spettacolare, il ristorante italiano e’ meglio che in Italia…. Insomma tutto era uno sgarzo!
