Beadnell Towers Hotel

Worst stay I have ever had. The room was tiny and had a small window which meant it was very dark. During the night we were so uncomfortably hot that we had to op n the window as far as it would go. Open the curtains and put a fan on….. not the luxury experience you would expect for £226 per night!! There was a door in the corridor that banged late at night and early morning. Overall, terrible experience here and we will not be returning.

Our booked room turned out to be on the top floor up a steep set of stairs. I am disabled but could get op the much less steep stairs to the first floor where we were given a room 40sq mtrs smaller than the one we booked. When booking we did not know that our king sized bed room was on the top floor, not that three was no lift. The Rome was nonetheless very comfortable and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Congratulations to the head chef!

The Beadnell Towers and Kitchen provided my wife and I with one of those very special memorable holiday moments when we stopped for lunch here following a walk along the beach from Seahouses. We cannot describe our delight adequately at the seafood feast beautifully presented to us at our outside table in warm sunshine. Please see our attached photo as eyes don’t deceive. All this for £29.50. It was all so delicious and we now understood the phrase “thought one had died and gone to heaven”. Seriously, it was that good. The waitress and MaitreD’ were so polite, welcoming, friendly and professional. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the toilets exceptional. We would love you to visit and see for yourselves.

Poor meal tonight. Both had harissa lamb, no flavour which we advised them. Asked for chilli flakes to liven it up but didn't have any. Did offer Tabasco which helped. Very disappointing. Got £9 off the bill really!! We've eaten there before but probably won't go back based on tonight's experience. Lovely staff

Only issue really was parking. Although the car park was ‘residents only’ it seemed all and sundry used it. Don’t quite know how this can be addressed

I had heard good things from friends about this boutique hotel in the lovely village of Beadnell, so couldn’t resist booking the Canty room as a stopover as part of our 30th anniversary celebrations. We only live about an hours plus drive away but after spending the day walking some beautiful beaches we were ready to book in and relax. The receptionist was very welcoming and was soon showing us into our room. I had chosen well. I think I got some more brownie points for my room choice, especially when my wife saw the Prosecco and chocolates I had requested. My wife (in the pic attached) couldn’t resist lying down on the super king sized bed and almost fell straight asleep it was that comfortable. Thankfully we had the Prosecco and went to further explore the village before returning for a thirst quencher in the bar area. It was busy but I had reserved a table for later so we just people watched before heading up to our room to get changed. An hour later, we were sitting down to a delicious meal in the restaurant. At this point it has to be said, the staff were absolutely brilliant. So professional and yet very friendly with brilliant craic that made our night. After an excellent nights sleep in the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid down on, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast with the chef shouting good morning to us over the kitchen counter. Booking out, we were both sad to leave, but we’ll definitely be back. Thanks all for a perfect night!

Our room was excellent and the breakfast was delicious, we did find the dinner menu a bit limited if like us you are not keen on fish, but the hotel was immaculate and all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay at Beadnell Towers recently. Our room (Ducket) was beautifully decorated. It’s at the top of the building (no lift) which meant it was quiet. Breakfast was excellent. We ate only once in the restaurant and it was lovely too. Best of all though are the staff! Amanda on reception was friendly and helpful providing useful tips regarding parking and sorting out our bill. Would definitely recommend this little gem if you are visiting the Northumberland coast!

Amazing place- such a friendly welcome, the room was with contemporary design was immaculate. Comfortable bar and restaurant with great service and food. Every attention to detail- will definitely be returning
