The hotel was inflexible and difficult when I missed a cancellation window. I did miss the cancellation time by a few hours but there was no reminder email sent until after the cancellation window was closed. Admittedly this was my fault, but if the hotel is so busy, perhaps that room could have been rebooked by another guest. They didn’t offer me a refund—which is their policy, but they didn’t try to work with me at all. I offered a few options, perhaps a future discount at another time or some other consideration for the full nights fee they charged. Nothing at all.

The staff are super friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. This is the 2nd Hampton Inn we’ve stayed at that has had issues with *****ped shower faucets. However they were quick to attend to it and get it fixed. We also loved the clean amenities and that they are pet friendly!

Elevator was broke for a while. Took the stairs. (age 76 and 78). Tv choices were terrible unless you are a sports fan....we are not. Cleaning lady was nice
and wished us a Merry Christmas. It was just OK

This hotel has been my go to on my cross country drive for the past few years. During this stay, they gave me a king handicapped accessible room. Unfortunately, it was the creakiest, most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in for a very long time. Images of the ancient guest bed at grandmas house came to mind. I barely slept.
