The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Indoor pool was nice but was chemical overload. Nice to let the toddler burn some energy before finishing our drive. Only complaint would be our room was down the hall beside the side door. When we checked in, the lady told us the door sometimes didn’t work. It was a snow storm and very very cold and the door didn’t work. Had to make multiple, long trips through the lobby. And we couldn’t wedge the door open or we would’ve been charged a fee based on the sign on the door. Seems like the issuer is known but not being fixed

This Hotel is decent and appears clean. The pool is small, but the rooms are decent with an open kitchen with all the amenities!!! We booked our room for a 2-day stay and arrived at 9 p.m. the first night. We went to a concert the following evening and got back late. I wasn't feeling well when I woke up ( Not from drinking ) around 9:a.m. Around 10 a.m. I called the front desk and asked if I could check out at 12:00 p.m. instead of 11:a.m. and was told "NO" because they were short staffed!!! I am an elderly traveler and don't always feel the greatest when I wake up!!! Anyways, this is the first time this hotel chain has ever refused me!!! I was staying on 3rd floor last room in the hallway and 20 rooms from the elevator. When I left, the cleaning lady was cleaning the first room next to the elevator 20 rooms before my room!!! This really pissed me off as it was going to be awhile before she ever got to my room.. This hotel was booked as it was Saturday and everybody was around for the solar eclipse...

Was amazing. They had free dinner at the hotel. We had a long day driving and were so tired. It was awesome being able to eat at the hotel and not drive somewhere else. Dining area was very clean
