En general está excelente el lugar, muy limpio, calientito, accesible, personal muy amable.
Lo único que no había servicio de comedor, nos dijeron que no estaba disponible.
Pero es un lugar muy cálido y la vista del cuarto hermosa se ven todos los cerritos. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Es un buen lugar para hosped**** pero no en invierno, me dijeron que por cuestiones de seguridad cortan el gas del calentador de 12 de la noche a las 7 de la manana pasamos muchisimo frio y no pudimos usar el agua caliente hasta las 10 de la manana porque supuestamente estaban congeladas las lineas de agua, aunque si hubo agua fria en todo momento, entiendo que busquen reducir costos pero hacen que la estadia no sea agradable

Desafortunadamente no funcionó la calefacción de la habitación que me tenían reservada, el hotel estaba lleno y no hubo otra habitación, así que me tuvieron que reubicar.
Lo bueno es que el de la recepción fue sumamente amable y atento, hasta que quedé reubicada. Es importante que revisen sus instalaciones previamente, pero me sentí muy respaldada con sus atenciones.

En general muy bien todo, me gustó mucho, aún cuando cierran el gas lo cierran por seguridad a las 12 de la noche y se apaga el calentador de los cuartos, pero nunca tuvimos frío aún estando a -5*, siempre hay agua caliente a menos que se congele la tubería. La persona que atiende muy amable.
