Après une journée sur la route qui fut très compliquée, n'ayant pas eu le temps de réserver une chambre pour la nuit, j'arrive à l'hôtel B&B de Creil. La personne en charge de l'accueil, Karine, me dit que l'hôtel est complet. Accumulant les galères, je suis presque effondré car je n'attendais qu'une chose : me doucher et dormir. Voyant mon état de désespoir, Karine a eu la gentillesse de me trouver une chambre de "secours" qui n'était pas officiellement disponible. Quel bonheur ! Merci Karine pour votre gentillesse et votre compréhension. C'est assez remarquable de pouvoir encore compter sur la gentillesse d'une personne à notre époque. Donc 5 étoiles bien méritées pour Karine et pour l'hôtel B&B de Creil !

Hôtel de chaîne très pratique car l'offre est peu généreuse sur Creil. C'est là son seul avantage. Dire Creil-Chantilly est abusif, l'hôtel se trouve en lisière d'une gigantesque zone commerciale à Creil, Chantilly est à une grosse dizaine de kilomètres et, pour qui connaît le secteur, les deux villes sont excessivement différentes. C'est bien la première fois que l'on me garde mon passeport en échange d'un sèche-cheveux !!! Petit déjeuner pauvre. Réceptionniste professionnelle. Chambre classique pour ce type d'hôtel.

J’ai payée deux fois ma chambre d’hôtel / une fois à la réservation et une deuxième fois en arrivant pour prendre la chambre ( a des montant différents en plus ) et en plus pas d’eau chaude le lendemain matin

Séjour correct pour une seule nuit . Chambre préparee pour 3 personnes alors que nous étions 4 ( la serviette et l oreiller manquant étaient simplement dans le placard) Manque peut être une bouilloire. Lunette des toilettes cassée
