Hotel super consigliato,personale gentilissimo ci hanno assegnato una camera superiore a quella che avevamo prenotato!!!colazione superrrrrr ,crema allo yogurt buonissima!!!!ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente!!!

Good location, nice building, very warm and efficient staff, nice room, good breakfast, but... the noise from the adjacent room! When the water ran there it sounded as in my room. Same when somebody soke from their bathroom to the main room. Luckily my neighbors didn't use it in the night, so I enjoyed a good sleep

This hotel was old fashioned and should be avoided at all costs. I have never been treated so rudely in over 30 years of travelling by hotel staff as at this hotel. The Receptionist at the Hotel threatened to call the Police because my Credit Card was refused. I ended up paying with a second card which worked but I was accused of being violent and rude and told to get out immediately. Unacceptable behaviour from a hotel receptionist who also told me to pay immediately with another card because she had an emergency to deal with at another hotel.

Al di là della gentilezza del personale e della caratteristica struttura con cortile interno ( quindi parcheggio comodo e niente traffico) comoda al centro e alla stazione, devo però segnalare alcune criticità: Letto abbastanza corto, con materasso e cuscini di scarsa qualità Luci notturne che illuminano la stanza a giorno, impossibile se abituati al buio Rumore incessante ( nel mio caso appena fuori le finestre del bagno) dei motori esterni dei condizionatori. La camera non è stata mai pulita a fondo , se non rifatti i letti e dato una scopata e una passata al bagno….polvere polvere polvere. Accesso per disabili parziale e approssimativo. Colazione completa ma, come frutta solo mele e arance vecchie ( a luglio??) distributori di marmellata e creme mal funzionanti, uova sode gelate ( fatte chissà quando) succo di frutta solo un giorno… meglio sul fronte dei dolci, buoni, anche le torte. Mi chiedo come mai - con tutti gli ospiti stranieri che ho visto passare - non si riesca ad offrire un servizio come si deve…. La solita figuraccia all’italiana…peccato! Non mi capacito le 4 stelle!!

A cute hotel tucked near a beautiful park and close to the river. The room is clean and the staff is accommodating. Breakfast is included and the food was good. You can easily walk from the hotel to the center of the city where you will find tourists spots and great restaurants.
