Giunti all 'ultimo momento a Cremona abbiamo chiamato direttamente l 'Hotel , ci hanno risposto molto gentilmente e trovato una stanza al IV piano , sicuramente il migliore. Abbiamo avuto in problema con il climatizzatore e gentilmente ci hanno dato un altra stanza . Il climatizzatore non funzionava ma essendo in un altra ala era più fresca e siamo stati bene. La colazione non è all ' altezza di un 4 * ma la posizione è la gentilezza del personale compensano abbondantemente.

Personnel sympathique, hôtel très agréable, à 30 m de la cathédrale de Crémone, derrière la piazza del Comune. Il suffit de sortir de l'hôtel pour être au coeur de la ville avec des bars à vins, des restaurants. Le musée du violon est à 200 m. Je recommande vivement ce 4 **** . Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bien sans être exceptionnel.

Ho soggiornato una notte all’Hotel Impero e mi sono trovata benissimo! Il personale è gentile, cortese e molto disponibile, la colazione è servita a un orario perfetto per ogni necessità e la camera era accogliente e pulita. Il letto era molto comodo e la temperatura della camera è perfettamente gestibile autonomamente grazie al termostato. Ho avuto il piacere di avere una camera con balconcino e vista sulle due piazze nei pressi dell’hotel (Piazza Stradivari e Piazza della Pace), è stata davvero una piacevole sorpresa. L’unica “pecca” è l’assenza di prese di corrente nei paraggi del letto, infatti ho dovuto caricare il telefono in bagno…ma a parte questo piccolo appunto ho soggiornato volentieri e tornerei subito lì se dovessi alloggiare nuovamente a Cremona.

Ambiente elegante,confortevole pulito e personale disponibile e gentile Posizione strategica con vista su piazza Stradivari Solo una " pecca" se così si può definire,sicuramente un mio problema : i copripiumini troppo piccoli non riuscendo ad avvolgersi completamente...per il resto tutto perfetto

I spent 3 nights at Hotel Impero during Christmas and had a great stay. It is perfectly located, my room is very comfortable and clean. I highly appreciate the welcoming, professional staff. Special kudos to Angelica (Breakfast Room) who worked the entire weekend of my stay. She provided excellent customer service and with a smile - thank you Angelica! Great breakfast buffet! I will return to Cremona, will stay again and recommend Hotel Impero👌

In inverno accendono il riscaldamento alle !/ e lo spengono alla notte per riaccenderlo intorno alle 7. I bagni non hanno riscaldamento!!!! giudicate voi. Personale gentile. La camera era al quarto piano.
