Cleaning staff walked in to room twice while we were there and asked us when we would be checking out. It was still within the hours we were allowed to be there. For the money we paid we expected higher standard of service skirting boards had not been cleaned in some time nor windows

Easy walking distance to AAMI Stadium, shops and restaurants.
Room was clean and tidy but in need of a update. Stafff polite, friendly and helpful.

The staff were very helpful, I contacted reception through the chat option and any concerns or questions I had them answered with ease. Checking in was easy and the staff were very friendly. Our room was lovely, we had the two bedroom with views. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. I would highly recommend, we will be back.

We had the Penthouse and it was just perfect for our guests and for a breakfast held for the wedding guests who were also staying here. Very reasonably priced

I had accidentally booked our stay for July instead of January and the amazing reception staff were able to accommodate us when we arrived 6 months earlier than they expected! The room was amazing, clean and the bed so so comfortable. The view was beautiful and within walking distance to some great pubs and restaurant. Will definately book again!
