Mme Poisson is a wonderful woman. The rooms are all different, spacious and beautifully decorated. A throwback to a different time. Small gorgeous town. My favorite stay during over a month plus of travel.

It was such a shame after looking forward to our stay to find the room didn’t quite meet our expectations. We had booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. There needed to be a proper clean of the room. Spiders covered the mantelpiece and cobwebs were around the canopy. The bathroom shower sealant was mouldy and most of the furniture was unsuitable.
On the plus side the lady owner was delightful. She helped me with my bags and was great about us moving to another town.
I felt the drapes and bedcover and banquet were all beautifully done and made the room look lovely - it was on closer inspection that renovations and effort on the detail could be improved and make a big difference.
Crepon is a lovely village and we had a great walk around with a very friendly welcome at the bar/tabac.

Such a lovely stay for 5 nights at this amazing place. Anne-Marie Poisson took good care of us. Lovely house, loveley village, lots of history. Higly rekommend this beutilful place to stay. Could not have a better stay. We also hade our dog with us.

We were travelling with our dog which was the main reason we chose this hotel, he was able to run freely in the self contained grounds. However were we to revisit the area without the dog we would still choose to stay here. The building is a wonderful old manor house with a rich and varied history. Anne-Marie, the land lady, is charming and her home made preserves at breakfast are superb. Some people may find the rooms a little dated but they are a good size and in keeping with the character of the house
