There were a lot of homeless people in the general area. The room was very noisy (could hear the upstairs neighbors a lot). The hot tub, pool and sauna were all out of order. On the upside, the staff were very nice.

It was a very nice surprise to find everything so clean and tidy. The receptionist was very attentive and helped us out to find places to eat and different activities around the area.

We were very impressed with our stay here. The view over the harbor was very nice, with a huge picture window to look out of. There were 2 very comfortable easy chairs and a desk, and a huge roomy walking shower. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, and the breakfast room was on the second story looking over the harbor. We will definitely be back.
