16 - 17 Maggio 2024 camera 205: - Piano secondo con moquette vecchie e consunte, tappezzeria rattoppata in diversi punti. - Camera con bagno a dir poco desueto tipo vecchi bagni anni ”70”, ma questo sarebbe il meno se non che l'acqua fredda risulta calda, bisogna farla scorrere per cinque minuti prima di averla fredda. Il saltarello del bidet inservibile e l'acqua scende con un piccolo rivolo come pure dal lavabo. Il tappo scarico della doccia (con tenda) inesistente e annerito, passa la voglia di entrarci. L'aspiratore non funziona. Fortunatamente le salviette e gli asciugamani sono puliti ed in ordine. - Ho provato ad accendere il condizionatore ma sembra un ventilatore industriale, non so se funziona ma lo ho spento subito impossibile dormire con quel rumore. - A lato del condizionatore vi è la spia per l'antincendio che non emette alcuna luce, non so se è funzionante, se così fosse la cosa è molto grave. - ieri pomeriggio alle 14.30 siamo rientrati e la camera non era ancora stata fatta, avvisato in reception ed alle sera dopo le 22 abbiamo visto ancora il letto sfatto ma in compenso hanno sostituito gli asciugamani. La chicca della notte: sempre al nostro ritorno alle 22 vi era una compagnia di amici che ballava e suonava ad alto volume nei locali adiacenti al ristorante , interpellato il portiere ha detto che sperava nel loro silenzio a mezzanotte, in effetti così è stato; ma è normale tutto questo? Devo dire che almeno il personale lo ho trovato gentile e disponibile, per il resto auguro che la nuova gestione provveda al più presto al rinnovo completo di questo albergo che non ha ragione di esistere così come l'ho visto, ma ai posteri l'ardua sentenza.

The hotel is perfectly ok, even though it was swathed in scaffolding when I visited. The bedroom was spacious and cheerful, with a coffee machine and a comfortable bed, even if not particularly luxurious in other respects. A sign warned against looking out of the windows between 9am and 5pm, which is a bit odd, even if there was scaffolding outside the window. On entering the hotel, the decor in the foyer is a bit naff, even if the staff are helpful and there is a large bar/snacks food area. But it is very convenient for the railway station. The star attraction, however, is the main restaurant. Perhaps slightly unexpectedly, the food was simply quite exceptional, whilst not being particularly expensive, with a reasonable wine list. That turned an ok but not particularly exciting stay into something rather special.

This family owned and run hotel is lovely and is centrally located for discovering the beautiful city of Ferrara, Italy. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The associates (often family members) at the front desk were extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants, galleries and salons. The included breakfast buffet was generously supplied with a multitude of choices including fresh juices. We were able to walk the entire town and to enjoy a Medieval celebration in the piazza of the castle directly in front of the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful visit! Diane and Alejandro Lopez

The hotel is very comfortable and very close to the centre. It consists of 2 seats, one more modern and one rustic style. Very large room, essential furnishings and a real chic, a original freshness of the '400 found during the restoration. In general we were good but there are points where they can improve. If you book a room in the rustic part there is no The hotel is not always open, the owner is always available on phone and is also friendly, But in a building it would be good to have the chair from 6 to 22 even if it is a family drive. The SPA is small but all over an hour of relaxation is passed. To review the cleaning, a few screws too. The coats are not the most convenience, the price of the price is not the most.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 week. Our experience with Radisson hotels is big, we stayed in different ones but Radisson Ferrara was something special! Clean, light and warm. Relatively close to many destinations like Venice, Bologna, Verona and even San Marino (just 1h 50 min drive). The restaurant positively surprised us with tasty food and a good selection of wines. But I would like to especially mention our waiter - Ionel. He’s a very kind, knowledgeable and positive person who served us all week long. He always knows what to offer us from the wines as an addition to the food, what kind of places to see around the hotel and was always ready to help with everything. Thank you, Ionel! Nice, big room with all the comfort you need. Very clean and very quiet. Very good location, next to the trainstation and at walking distance from the city centre. Kindly manager. Good breakfast with cookies and sweets made by the hotel. Umbrellas available. There were works going on to install an elevator (big plus) and to make some extra rooms.

Best Western (simile the best direbbero i Black Eyed Peas). La posizione è ottimale: vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada ma raggiungi il centro in pochi minuti. Camere ampie e pulizia ben curata. Breakfast internazionale sempre un punto di forza (a mio avviso)
