There was no Kleenex in our room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud that I thought it was going to burn up. Only 1 lightswitch in the bathroom, so there was no way to turn the fan off. The Breakfast was the worst that I have ever experienced. Only 1 waffle maker and cold cereal.

I made a reservation and when I walked in to the front desk at 530 pm, No one at the desk. I rang a bell and someone yells on intercom, what do you want? Long story short couldn’t find my reservation. I walked out got in my car and then a younger man I guess the owner, came up to my car window and started yelling at me telling me he had back pain and just came back from Des Moines Then told me I wasn’t going to stay there and leave, he’s trying to charge my credit card. I’ve already blocked the charge. All this foreign born hotel owner has to do is greet his guest promptly and courteously and there wouldn’t be a problem. I asked in town about this place and it’s got a low approval level.

Good parking, elevator, quiet. Charged and extra 20 for 2 beds when travocity showed the king room and the 2 queens cost the same.

I have stayed here a few times now and I have always enjoyed my stays. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They recognize me even after not staying here for over a year. During this covid period they have been extremely accommodating, helping me make arrangements, from Canada, for my son as well. I can't thank them enough. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable and really that all I ask for here. This is not the Waldorf Estoria or the Four Seasons. It is a low to mid range hotel and you get what you pay for here. Plus some friendly faces. I would stay here again.

It was a nice place. But our neighbors on both sides of us were loud. I’m not sure if they were doing construction over there but it was loud early in the morning on both sides. There were plenty of rooms so that we don’t have to be next to them.
