The people running this hotel should not be in customer service. I booked a block of rooms for a family funeral and didn’t find out until we were all booked that the hotel was under serious renovation. Requests for rooms being together were not fulfilled, the hotel hallways were a mess. Casey who was my contact for our block wouldn’t even respond to emails, check in on us on arrival or respond to emails following our visit. The GM, Andrew also never responded. One room had a water leak and a few in our party wanted to leave a day early, and with over 48 hours notice they would not refund that nights stay for those individuals. I should have been told up front about the renovations prior to booking and you would think with over 30 nights booked through us they would have tried to accommodate some of our needs or even acted professionally and responded. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
