The hotel environment is beautiful, the rooms are simple and quiet, suitable for vacation
The disadvantage is that the air-conditioning ventilating fan is very noisy, the bathroom ventilation fan is turned on, and the TV sound can not be heard directly. Fortunately, the night we went there was not very hot and it was all turned off.

We’ve booked the junior suite for families. It was a mistake - the rooms were very outdated and run down despite commanding a premium pricing. Hotel also did not inform us of the fact that there is a refurbishment going on, so the pool area was not relaxing at all. Also, very strange for a 4* hotel to be asking a deposit for pool towels (perhaps something acceptable at a camp site).
On the positive - hotel is set in a wonderful palm forest and the restaurant is very nice.

Humedad. Cortinas sucias. Trato pésimo en el check-in. Parking de pago, caro, súper sucio suelo, paredes, aire. Te dejan tirado con las maletas en pasillos sin luz y sin indicaciones. A años luz de lo q se espera de un hotel de este precio y categoría.

Un remanso de paz, un oasis completamente diferente a cualquier hotel donde hayas estado. Trato increíble e instalaciones mejores. Y esto puede sonar a chiste, pero es el mejor baño de hotel en el q jamás he podido estar. Menudo lujo! Creo q este hotel se va a convertir en un básico anual para escapadas

This place is like a lagoon with peacefullness! I was absolutely stunned to be so takencare of though my whole visit from check-in to check-out! We stayed one night with half pension and received the most beautiful room with Ritual products (love Ritual) and we also received small Ritual products so it felt very special. The dinner was spectacular! I who doesnt like rusian salad had probably never tasted a real one cause this one was superb together with the rest of the dinner. I ordered a coffee later at the bar and received a teddybear in foam, the cutness! The service was something else! Just amazing! The pool area was wonderfull, loved that you had place to lie and that the palms gave you some shed! Even the breakfast was wonderfull! There was a lot to choose from but I did miss the bowls for the yoghur but worked with a glas as well. Great solution with own parking and that it was just walking distance to old lively Elche. We will definitely come back again!

Hotel in een oase van groene palmbomen. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Super ontbijt en verzorgd diner. Jammer van de geluidshinder van de buren. Geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers in een bungalow kon beter. Parking is 13€ per dag nog bij te betalen
