Perfect place for exploring all compass points. B&B is lovely. The owners are friendly and accommodating and Duncan's breakfasts are superb. Rooms are clean and functional. Could not fault the place. Our group of nine very old friends were all impressed. Crieff has many good restaurants five minutes walk away. Recommended.

This is a family run bed and breakfast, very comfortable and in the centre of Crieff. The owners are so helpful and we had a great visit, we went to Lochearnhead and Callander all very lovely. It’s also a good place to start to go further north in Scotland

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. A special mention also to the breakfast waitress who was a star. She was polite, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely use this B&B again and would highly recommend it to anybody. Thank you. Steve and Brenda Smith.

My wife and I have just returned from a very comfortable stay at Leven House. Ideally located for a wedding we attended at the local Comrie Croft. Tea and breakfast were plentiful, and the room had all the amenities needed. The garden views were really pretty. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

From the moment we arrived at the Leven House, it was evident that the owners had put their hearts into creating a delightful and serene retreat. The airy rooms were impeccably clean and free of unnecessary frills, making for a comfortable and cozy stay. Duncan and Nicola's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Nicola's attention to detail was impressive; she went above and beyond to fulfill our wishes. One morning, when I mentioned my love for fresh fruit with my morning cereal, she magically produced fresh berries and bananas to add to our oats and yogurts. It was a simple gesture, but it made our breakfast experience special. It was evident that they take great pride in ensuring that their guests have a memorable stay.

I spent two very comfortable nights at the Leven House. My room (#4) was not very big but very nice, decorated with lots of attention to detail. The window opened onto the lovely back-garden. The room was also very clean, and the mattress was excellent. The bathroom was very old but functional. Our hosts, both Duncan and Nicola Fraser were super friendly. Nicola delivered a lovely breakfast and organized extra fruit for our group. She also asked if we needed more teabags etc. for the second night and placed extra creamers in front of my room.

Brilliant B&B within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, shops. The room was just right, clean and with plenty of tea/ coffee making facilities. We really enjoyed our breakfasts, we could choose what we wanted each day and they even provided gluten free options. The hosts were really friendly and thoughtful, they left us Easter eggs (as we stayed on Easter Sunday). Thank you! 😊
