Hübsches Hotel mit romantischem Flair. Der Wellnessbereich ist modern und man kann die Seele indoor und outdoor baumeln lassen. Das Kuchenbuffet ist gigantisch. Genauer hingeschaut, sind jedoch ein paar Mängel, die bei der Preisklasse unbedingt abgestellt werden müssen. Des weiteren bremsen die vielen Gesellschaften/Feierlichkeiten den Erholungswert aus.

Leider fällt die Bewertung nicht so toll aus. Haben im alten Teil des Hotels gewohnt, Baulärm ohne Ende, Badezimmer : die Toilette riecht ganz unangenehm. Seife wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Der SPA-Bereich:Pool leider defekt, wurde uns aber nicht mitgeteilt, sehr ärgerlich, denn darauf hatte ich mich gefreut, allerdings wird auch von den Hausgästen eine Eintrittsgebühr verlangt, ein Tagestikett kostet pro Person 55 !!!! Euro. Positiv zu erwähnen ist das sehr freundliche Personal, jeder Wunsch wird einem erfüllt und natürlich die Küche, unser 3 -Gang Menü war jeden Abend excellent. Frühstück war ok, es gab alles, aber das Büffet war im schmalen Gang aufgebaut, war jetzt nicht so schlimm.Fazit: ich glaube nicht, dass wir noch einmal hierherkommen werden.

Sehr schönes Hotel, ebenso der Spar-Bereich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen sehr gut. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Man fühlt sich hier willkommen. Das Spa hat eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und man kann dort wirklich entspannen.

Unser Zimmer lag direkt im Baustellenbereich des Hotels ! Der Bohrhammer und andere Baugeräusche weckten uns jeden morgen ... Durch das unberechtigte betreten unseres Zimmers durch das Hotelpersonal wurde unsere Intimsphäre grob verletzt ! Beim Check in wurde uns mitgeteilt ... die Benutzung Pools und der Sauna sind Kostenpflichtig ! zusätzlich zur Buchung für 4 Tage für 2 Personen 440 Euro ! Das Zimmer war abgewohnt, z.B.: Bodenfliesen mehrfach gerissen, Lampenschirme verstaubt, Beleuchtung defekt ! Höflichkeitsnormen sind dem Personal anscheinend ein Fremdwort, so simple Gesten wie das Grüßen durch dass Personal waren Streckenweise fehl am Platz (betrifft nicht alle Beschäftigten).

Vraiment trop cher (145€ dans la campagne allemande ) pour un hôtel sans climatisation, extrêmement bruyant avec des odeurs de cuisine désagréables et assez viellot dans l'ensemble. Sans compter le réceptionniste qui ne parle pas du tout anglais.
Seul point positif, la propreté !

Sehr gutes Hotel mit einem Restaurant im Haus und einem Restaurant auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.
Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr hochwertig, Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sind freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Massagen o.ä. sollten im Voraus gebucht werden.

Zunächst einmal vorab: Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer, das Personal, das Essen, der Wellnessbereich, alles war sehr gut und wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall nochmals hierherkommen. Was uns aber negativ aufgefallen ist, dass das Hotel an verschiedenen Stellen die Gäste auffordert, eine positive Bewertung abzugeben. Im Gegenzug gibt es dann für eine 5-Sterne Bewertung eine Tafel Schokolade. Wir haben diese Schokolade nicht eingefordert und waren, davon abgesehen, rundherum zufrieden. Die 5 Sterne vergeben wir zurecht.

Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt: wir hatten ein schönes, großes Zimmer im alten Haus, das Bad war etwas klein aber völlig ausreichend. Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, wir erhielten umfassende Informationen über das Hotel, den Wellness Bereich und das Restaurant. Der Aufenthalt im Spa sowie das Candle-Light Abendessen war in unserem Arrangement enthalten. Beides ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Getränkepreise sind auf hohem Niveau, aber passend zum Haus und zum Service. Das Personal war überall freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
