I feel if they were just a tad bit cleaner everything would be alright I had burn holes in my blankets from this.

If there was a way to leave negative stars I would. First, the room we get had already been booked to someone else. As we are going to room, they are leaving and tell us we will need the hotel to clean the room before we go in. This was at 10 pm. We get another room. Cigarette burns on sheets, pillows, door wouldn't lock and the bathroom door held together by duct tape. No joke, duct tape. Do not stay here. Better to sleep in car if no other hotels available. Worse place ever. I do not see how super 8 would put their name on this place.

Hotel itself was great, only a few spots on the toilet seat and stain on the duvet. One other customer did try to ask my girlfriend out in front of me, but I took care of that.

Coffee pot in the room was unclean and still had coffee from the last guest (or several previous). No breakfast was provided, even though the staff stated there would be. The internet was not functioning. And the staff did not seem concerned, nor did they address the situation.

They sold the room I reserved prior. They stated they upgraded me but was not an upgrade. They said wouldn’t even give me pillows for the sofa bed.

We actually opted to take a loss and not stay at this property... It looked more like a truckers motel than the hotel I seen on pics while booking )-: Lady at the front desk was very nice over the phone and agreed to an early check-in, but when I got to the property at 1:30pm, I was asked to pay $15 for an early check-in fee (seriously?)... At the end of our event, we opted to drive home instead as it didn't look like we'll be enjoying much comfort there...

I’ve stayed at several super 8 motels in the past year and the others have all been pleasant experiences. This location, however, was an absolute nightmare. They gave away my room when I failed to arrive before midnight on the night I had booked (even though I had spoken to them on the phone the night before, alerting them that I would be getting in late). They refused to refund me any of the $150 I had paid. The staff were not helpful, only offering to allow me to book me a new room for that night for an additional $100 charge. When I arrived, I was left waiting at the front desk for ~20 minutes before a member of the staff greeted me, and the lobby and hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. I’d driven 9 hours to get here from out-of-state, had nowhere else to stay, and didn’t have an additional $100 on top of the $150 they’d already charged. I ended up having to sleep in my car in 40-degree weather.
