Cable seemed very limited, was no cartoon channels for my kid. But was clean.

The hotel is one of very few in the vicinity and my nieces and I were in the area to attend a family funeral. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had adjoining rooms, which made it more pleasant.
There was no maid service, although a sign in the bathroom suggested there would be by stating that if you wanted the towels replaced to place them in the bathtub. Adequate facilities for the price.

About an half hour from Grand Forks, we booked this stay because Grand Forks was booked up or crazy expensive. All staff were friendly and accommodating even with such a late check-in (after midnight). The T-Rex pizza was very tasty and the breakfast did have warm eggs and sausages along with cold options. The room had one very annoying and frustrating issue which was the tv. The sound would either be so quiet you could hardly hear it or BLARE loudly enough for everyone in the hotel to hear it. Overall, the price is affordable and the stay is a good value for the cost.

The room and the building was awful. Weird smells coming out of the rooms around us and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The staff at the desk and the restaurant (which were the same) were amazing, helpful and super friendly.
