The room clean and welcoming, staff are always on hand if you need anything or have a question. They are also very friendly!!

Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in yet. It is very outdated. The plugs didn’t work, they hadn’t bothered to fill up the shower gel or hand wash. There was fake tan and make up all over the sink. And the worst of all.. when I opened the lid to the toilet, it smelt of strong pee. Didn’t sleep very well because it just felt so grubby and there’s quite a bit of noise in the area. I won’t be staying here again. I wouldn’t pay £5 to stay the night let alone £60.

I just wanted to write and say I had a lovely experience on the phone from the manager Adele who has been very helpful with retrieving a hearing aid charger a family member left behind following a visit. I appreciated the time and effort in to solving this for us as it could have been stressful.

I would highly recommend staying here… the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is great value, always clean and tidy. If you ever need anything extra in the room the staff are on hand straight away. It’s nice to see young staff getting opportunities to learn new skills, Cerys is new to reception and I feel she deserves to be mentioned as one of the staff who go over and above to make your stay here as stress free as possible.

Love this hotel and the staff here are always amazing, yes it's looking tired but it's spotlessly clean and tidy Adele the manager was so helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay pleasant and comfortable this is our favourite travelodge and always stay here

The manager and staff. Viv Cary’s And the young man on Friday night who helped my disabled friend are all amazing. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again.

Once again amazing stay,staff are great room was spotlessly clean and I slept like a baby We had breakfast boxes which were ready at the reception for us in the morning and the Starbucks opposite was a great addition for our money coffee Have stayed before and will be back again

Regular at this hotel and the staff make it yes it's looking tired but it's spotlessly clean and has the friendliest mostly accommodating team there . Credit to Adele the manager as she has pulled it up to these standards since she has took it over Thanks team crosshands
