We had anticipated needing to stop on our way home. We have stayed here before so we decided to stay again. It still had good service but it needs some upkeep. The carpets need updating, the tvs need to be bigger some of the fixtures are looking old.

Great service and food but the outside pool area was dirty and the grounds surrounding the outside pool were unkempt and the carpeting in the halls and inside the rooms need to be replaced.

The office chair in room had a loose wheel that kept coming out, my husband almost landed on the floor!!
The bed was comfortable and the extra chair with footstool was much appreciated after a long drive.
The breakfast buffet was good but there was no hot water for tea or cereal. You had to ask for juice, yogurt, etc. We prefer to help ourselves, but the attendant was very helpful and polite.

We had no hot water for a shower had to pack up and move down the hallway to another room
Immigrant people standing around in the hallway in groups watching us was very uncomfortable

Rooms not clean and staff was rude. No issues were resolved while we stayed and the hotel was overrun by unruly guests. We couldn’t sleep as people banged on the doors until after midnight, they were playing football in the halls, they jammed the elevator so others couldn’t use it. Overall trickle experience.

Disappointing service. Charged my company card four times, we have asked for a receipt or folio multiple times by phone and email and received zero response. A total of $544.70 has been charged to my card and is unaccounted for, despite me asking several times. I'd advise against business bookings unless your finance department are happy to make payments with no paperwork.
