As a Diamond Member, I have stayed at many different Hilton brand hotels over the past 30 years or so. The Nanuet Hilton Garden Inn is by far the filthiest, unclean and disappointing branded hotel I have stayed in to date. First, the bathroom. Dirty tub, towels and floor. I have pictures which I sent to Hilton. The sheet was also stained with goodness knows what - I changed beds since it was a room with 2 Queen beds. When I checked out, the kid at the front desk didn’t even bother to ask if everything was ok - I asked for mgr, was told he was busy and not available, that I could call back later. I wrote the information with the problem on the app, got a case #. A few hours later, I get a message that they’d be happy to change my room. This was hours after I checked out. I did try to call the mgr later as was suggested. Was told the same “he is busy and not available.” Will be calling the Rockland Bd of Health tomorrow as it was really THAT bad. I’m ready for them to post some copy and paste form response below, rather than speak to the specific problem.
