Silvia est une très bonne personne qui fait très bien son travail sans elle je ne pouvais pas régler ma chambre à bouquingue se elle qui a téléphone pour régler tout le problème est je eu ma chambre se une personne très dynamique elle connaît jerair les clients je reviendrai toujours à Travelodge Central croydon çà se mon avis

Location was good being near a few train stations and the bus transport around was good. The room was clean and very spacious which I wasn’t expecting. breakfast was cooked perfectly and being a buffet was a bonus. The staff I came across were all really friendly.

Very great stay, whilst the hotel might need some work the staff were totally commendable! Location was good, very close to where i had my meeting and transportation to the hotel was easy. Silvier was very kind and helpful during the day I had to leave, Thank you very much.

Spacious rooms and generally clean. Staff were helpful when I needed to change rooms. Just wish they had halal meals which doesn't involve just vegetarian option.

It was nice nice on central city shops and restaurants near staff where friendly and helpful and quick response im looking forward to visit soon again in future date .

Good location, staff are great. Our bedside lamps had no bulbs and there was no TV remote but this was quickly rectified and they actually provided us with a voucher for 3 free breakfasts for the inconvenience which was totally unexpected. Downside was the room itself. When we entered the smell of bleach was overwhelming and the curtains appeared to have blood stains on them. Worst thing however was waking up after our second night and the bedsheets had ridden up so we were lying on the mattress. Please see picture of the mattress which is self explanatory. It would definitely put us off staying again despite the great staff.

Excellent, friendly hotel in the heart of Croydon. Staff are an assett and could not fault the stay overall. Mattress was a bit too hard for our liking and only man problem we had was travel to and from the hotel on our arrival date due to train and tram strikes. East Croydon Station is a 5 minute walk away and gives fast direct trains to central London.

Enjoyed my stay, very welcoming staff, clean rooms and spacious bar cafe. Food in kitchen from Rita was very good, Hayley on the bar is a great addition and took on the new role effortlessly. The assistant manager Sophie was more then accommodating also.
