Not ok experience. Empty room just bed and only(!) bed. As well .. luggage storage isn't free

Good for a no frills stay, soap wasn't working in the room and the key card system is annoying (need to scan the key card to *exit* the hotel) but excellent value for money.

Pros: The location is excellent! Next to the station so you can travel anywhere you want.
Cons: the rooms are awkwardly built, no heating, TVs don't work.
Major con: most of the staff are helpful but some seem to act like absolutely everything is out of their hands. I don't know who management is that encourages their staff to say "well I can't help you at all" rather than providing solutions.

The room is so small that we decided to walk to London for Christmas instead of staying in the little room. Staff was great.
