Premier Inn London Croydon Town Centre

It's Premier Inn, You know what you get, and that's what I like. Station is 5 minutes away. 15 minutes to London, 15 minutes to Gatwick. Ideal! Large shopping centre nearby and a Co-op by the front entrance for those late night snacks. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful and I will give a special mention to Marcia and Teresa (if I remember correctly) who ran the breakfast room during our stay and always had a smile. A nice way to start the day.

I would like to say a special Thank You to Rashmi. What a delightful young lady. Very polite and friendly throughout my 5 nights stay. Each meal time Rashmi would make sure that I was having a good experience at the hotel and always asked if there was anything I needed. In my 15 years of staying in the premier inn’s throughout the UK, this hotel is now my favourite. Thank you All for a lovely welcome and I only pray that my business sends me here again so that I will be able to see Rashmi- she was brilliant.

After a long day working away, it is usually dinner that is the first thing on my mind. I am a frequent visitor of the premier inn hotels and I have never met a member of staff that is as attentive and friendly as Rashmi! She is always quick and speedy with her service, is very kind and always makes me feel at home when I come back to the hotel. I cannot thank her enough for all of her hard work and friendliness making my experience 5 star each time she is there! I must add that the food is always lovely and Mark has also delivered service with a smile, but Rashmi always goes above and beyond with customer service making me feel right at home.

Room was clean and amenities were all we needed. Comfy night, helpful staff and Marcia and Teresa made sure breakfast for myself (vegetarian) was fresh and hot and very good. Would definitely stay again, spent one night for a family wedding, it was great value and within a few minutes walk from centre.

Stay here every other week for work, love the big bath, most of the staff will go out of their way to help and interact with me, especially Theresa & Marcia at breakfast, and young Kelvin who knows what I like, but there is a manager, she is very standoffish, not really approachable,

The hotel is situated right next to East Croydon train station. All other public transport is easy acceptable. It’s So comfortable to stay in. I find the drinks are very pricy and need reduce them. So much to choose from for breakfast. Teresa And Marcia are great hard working staff in restaurant.

Marcia and Teresa who were on breakfast are a true asset to you... warm friendly and welcoming.... excellent customer service.... well done girls!!! They really went the extra mile to help me when I had a hot flush... brought me iced water and kept checking on me.... couldn't have been more helpful

Very amazing hotel and have been staying here over the years with my children. The staff are very friendly and helpful service.Special mentions to Teresa/Deepack for the kind warm service they provided me on saturday morning thanks again yours are amazing. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Its very clean and bed is so Comfortable. I will definitely be back soon.
