Premier Inn London Croydon Town Centre

The Premier Inn London Croydon Town Centre hotel, as usual comfy king-size bed good restaurant, and reasonable free Wi-Fi. Very close to East Croydon train station and a shopping centre. rooms are always clean and staff are very friendly, stayed often over an 8 month period and always found the staff helpful, must mention Marcia and Teresa who work in the restaurant in the morning, so helpful, friendly and efficient. love going in for breakfast to have a wee chat with the ladies before I head to work, Alex Mcginn (Realm)

Very clean and comfortable hotel, convenient location, decent food. A special treat was the personal attention from staff members, particularly Teresa and Marcia

The people there were so friendly! Great experience- especially with Mark! Thanks for this pleasant experience. Rooms were clean and quite. were comfortable and smelled nice. It was all booked but you didn't notice anything! Great time!

Enjoyed the service, the room, the hospitality but not happy as there is no parking. I am a regular at the Croydon UK Hotel as i find it convenient if i need to travel to London as the East Croydon station is 5 mins walk.

Very enjoyable stay. Restaurant staff, particularly Marcia and Teresa were really helpful and attentive. To make it perfect would be if the hotel could make the beds a bit longer as I am tall and my feet were over the end of the bed when I was trying to sleep!

Disappointing, to say the least. Unhappy with customer service, in particular with one of the staff members who made a massive mistake with the dinner bill, not the first time it has happened. Premmier inn probably wont care but they have lost two customers.

It's Premier Inn, You know what you get, and that's what I like. Station is 5 minutes away. 15 minutes to London, 15 minutes to Gatwick. Ideal! Large shopping centre nearby and a Co-op by the front entrance for those late night snacks. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful and I will give a special mention to Marcia and Teresa (if I remember correctly) who ran the breakfast room during our stay and always had a smile. A nice way to start the day.

I would like to say a special Thank You to Rashmi. What a delightful young lady. Very polite and friendly throughout my 5 nights stay. Each meal time Rashmi would make sure that I was having a good experience at the hotel and always asked if there was anything I needed. In my 15 years of staying in the premier inn’s throughout the UK, this hotel is now my favourite. Thank you All for a lovely welcome and I only pray that my business sends me here again so that I will be able to see Rashmi- she was brilliant.
