The hotel was ok.Very nice architecture reminding of Africa. They even have some real baobabs. But there was one issue why we will not return. The light in the evening was so dim, they you could not read the menu in the bar. Same in the rooms. They do not give the guests the opportunity to decide how much light there is in the room. No extra lamps or a dimmer. There is only this African savannah light everywhere. Also light from outside all over the day is dim, due to loggia construction instead of balconies. Difficult to read a book in the evening.

Day pass en impresionante hotel. No tengo nada en contra que decir. Paisaje espectacular, instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, los baños siempre limpios y oliendo bien. Comida en el buffet súper bien también. Y siempre buen trato del personal. Para repetir, desconexión en ambiente único.

Beautiful Hotel , fantastic stay Everything inside one out was amazing. The staff. , food and rooms were all first class. The choice of pools available around the hotel were always clean , plenty of beds to choose from . The evening entertainment was great and local amenities outside the hotel were within easy walking distance and plenty to choose from. Would highly recommend to all .

Hotel fantástico, acogedor y lleno de naturaleza, además de piscinas, por lo que la atmósfera es única. Lo que de verdad lo convierte aún mejor es el personal. A partir de los camareros, la recepción y las señoras de la limpieza hasta llegar al equipo de animación, concretamente Natalia, Lucía, Michelle, Hachim y por último Cesare, un chico súper simpático y lleno de energía, con un carácter abierto que atrae a muchas personas para pasar un buen momento. En resumen, todos los días con sol y temperatura agradable son un plus para Lopesan Baobab, con ambiente estilo africano y comida de calidad. Un Resort en Meloneras que vale la pena. 100%.

Pero de lo que nos llevamos mejor impresión es de la atención y servicio prestados por Carlos y sus compañeros. Esta semana hemos ido a varios restaurantes del grupo (Toscana, Ovo) y como este ninguno, son atentos, afables, eficientes, transmiten el mejor ambiente que hemos visto hasta el momento, el mejor servicio de los 3.
