Lovely hotel all round! Here with my boyfriend currently and we’re loving it! Staff friendly and always willing to help! Pool always clean and plenty of sun beds all through the day! Rooms are always cleaned and replenished with new towels etc! Food is generally the same as any all inclusive hotel, buffet style and can be a bit samey, but something for everyone and a different theme every night! Ice cream is my favourite!! Drinks, can’t fault them! Self serve for all fizzy drinks,water and coffee, and then plenty of bars for cocktails and beer etc! Entertainment hit and miss, but still good background music whilst playing games etc! Restaurants and bars close by so great location! We went to a steak place called Toro last night and loved it! Would recommend to anyone! Would certainly recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family that’s for sure!

We had an amazing time at Abora. We stayed for 10nights There was 10 of us. 5 Adults 5 kids we was in block A 4th floor furvest away from the reception near the kids splash park. It was long cutting through the hotel but after afew days it was OK once we found the cut through. Go down to 1st floor and come out behind the park. If you're in that block. Rooms are cleaned everyday, staff were very friendly, overall we was very happy and the hotel is kept clean and tiny. If you need more towels or anything doing to your room, just ask. Some mornings we were getting ready but they do come back after lunch time to clean again if you're in the room. The entertainment was good. Had afew different acts on for children and adults. There's a notice board opposite the arcade that tells you what's on. They have a shark/fish mascot that shows up now and again for the kids. Theirs the main pool with bar and stage also a small kids pool to the left up afew steps. They put loads of table out in the evening .. afew more pools in the middle area near the dining room with a pool bar. Pools shut at 6pm. The kids splash park was good for little ones. Also has a hut for arts ,crafts and face painting. Theres a sign onit with times and days it opens. You can leave your kids there if over 4years old. We didnt but some people did. They have an inside bar on 2nd floor next to reception. Drinks mechine on alnight there larger and wine and have a small snack cupboard. Under the bar. Also have tennis court and pool tables there. Entertainment finished around 10.30pm bar shuts 11pm ish so we went in there afterwards. That's open alnight. We were all inclusive. The food was lovely, plenty to choose from. They do change it up abit through out the week. Also do english food. Pizza/pasta and stuff They also have a snack bar area near the main stage if you do miss breakfast dinner or tea. You definitely won't starve here. They have taxis that park up outside throughout the day with a price list on the lamp post outside for main areas. They sell tickets in the hotel for Aqualand and palmitos park. The dolphins are AMAZING! 35Euro to get a photo with them. Not much else todo other than boat trips and stuff. Was hard getting a taxi once palmitos park shut but they do have a bus hourly. You get a deal if you buy both park tickets together . 2 lovely days out. The beech is really close. 10min walk. Go straight out the hotel and cross the road straight ahead. Follow that road to bottom . Turn right then left at player del ingles hotel and walk past their main entrance and its there . You're up high on a long pathway best to turn right and theres lifts abit up on the left. Otherwise walk straight past lifts and there loads of steps. Not good if you have a pram. Is a hill b4 you get to the beach if you go down the lift. Then you're in Maspolomas. It has showers aswel ,which was good cleaning the kids b4 leaving. Irish bars left out of the hotel near the golf place and a train. We did

Amazing entertainment As a young couple on our first holiday we have been thoroughly impressed with our stay here! ✅We were pleasantly surprised with the standard of the room. Throughout the resort everything is very clean with cleaners regularly working to keep it spotless. The snack bar is a nice edition as well as the help yourself drinks. The food is always hot and well stocked. All the staff have been lovely and there is a very family friendly timetable of entertainment both in the day and night. ❌Although we were overall very pleased with our stay there were some criticisms we had, One being that the food was very repetitive- although this wasn’t a bad thing as we were only there for a week slightly varying the selection would’ve been appreciated. Also, the entertainment staff were so chatty and friendly but they seemed short staffed which led to some activities not living up to their full potential. The entertainment staff during the day were amazing offering lots of fun activities for all ages Especially Jan. Thank you all for a lovely holiday

First good points.... This hotel is renovated and modern. The pools are lovely. Staff are very friendly and helpful.The room we had was so big and had amazing views of the pool and the ocean!Beds are comfy and we slept well. We thought location was very good, 10 min walk to the beach and you can take a free bus to the beach if you don't want to walk. We did late evening walks by the beach and the area feels safe. Plenty of sunbeds, I came down at 9:30 and always found a spot, you do get the usual one's reserving /running for sunbeds at 7 am! It was funny to watch as there is no need. But..... I would not recommend this hotel for couples but only for families with small children. The hotel is full of small children and babies, because of it it's a loud environment and not relaxing at all if u are without children or with teenagers. Parents also leave the children to run round and scream not hotels fault but people who come to relax should be aware of this.(this was half term time) There is adult only area away from the pool but has its own jacuzzi so we were escaping there when things got too loud. Now the bad points..... Evening shows were not that good at all, 2 good shows in 8 days stay! (one is the lady singer by the bar and another one was Jerry) . The worst part of the hotel is the food... What a let down! Pork, fish all the time, not much seafood. Food was boring and we were fed up with it after few days. We have been to lots of 4* hotels in canary islands and always had good /amazing food so to compare it felt like this time we had 3* quality of food. The restaurant was more like a canteen dinning style due to.. People queuing, pushing in, felt like "fight" for food and children running about touching food with no supervision at times.
