The location of the hotel is good, just over ten minutes' walk from the famous Yingren Beach. At the back door of the hotel is a large market with shops, bars and restaurants. The room is quite big and very clean and tidy. Breakfast is particularly rich and varied. Especially the orange juice is completely freshly squeezed! Must like 👍The hotel will hold a pool concert in the evening, and the female singer sings really beautifully. The employees are very enthusiastic and take the initiative to help with luggage. The restaurant staff are also very welcoming. The flaws are: the safe cannot be used due to lack of electricity, and the toilet seat is not decorated properly: it leaks.

First impressions of this hotel was beautiful, and clean, we arrived in the evening and had champagne on arrival which was a lovely touch. The reception informed us that three was a cold meal for us to eat in the dining hall should we wish to eat. We also met the hotel cats ❤️ on their nightly patrol. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms spotless, as were the grounds and pool, it is clear that all the staff work very hard to achieve this, and it shows. We were half board, and there was always a fabulous selection of food at meal times, I loved the fact that the meat was cooked to order on the grill. We also enjoyed eating at the snack bar, fresh, tasty food on offer throughout our stay We had a pool view from our balcony, which was lovely at night all lite up, The hotel is in a great location for the yumbo centre and the beach is approx 15 mins walk down the hill , there are restaurants nearby as well as in the yumbo centre, also supermarkets very near should you want to venture out, the location is brilliant for the night life, and if you venture to the beach front the taxi back up the hill is cheap as chips Cannot fault this hotel at all, we had a lovely stay and would love to return here

A great two week stay here in June. The hotel was not as busy as on previous visits which made for a more relaxing ambience around the spotless pool area. Rooms furnished & decorated to a very high standard. Fridge & kettle came in handy. Daily maid service which meant we could come back from the pool to a lovely clean fresh room every day. Great food selection at breakfast & dinner. Poolside restaurant very reasonably priced for snacks. Staff are all excellent, polite & friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Will defo come again.

My first time at this hotel. From the movement I arrived the staff were amazing, from the greeting at reception, so friendly and helpful with a glass of fizz, the amazing waiters in the restaurant and amazing pool bar staff. The room was so clean every day when I returned from the pool and the cleaning staff so friendly. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in a hotel. Lovely room I loved sitting on the balcony with a drink and my book before my siesta at the end of the day. The food is probably the best I’ve ever had at a holiday hotel, amazing no quality, good choice and cooked fresh whilst you wait. The Yumbo centre is on the doorstep, the best nightlife I have ever encountered. Amazing hotel. The pool was so relaxing and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. I will be back. One of the best Summer holidays I have ever had!

Return visit after October. This is my favourite hotel. So relaxed, friendly. AI is excellent. Nice robe/slippers and wine on arrival. Pool clean and plenty of sunbeds and a perfect temp for me. Dinner always fresh and lunch at the outside part of the restaurant by the pool is a la carte with plenty of choice. No noise from the room when the balcony doors are closed. Its clearly really well run. Cleaning is also superb. Going back in August.

Good sized room for solo use,at breakfast and dinner,they liked to make you feel like a leppa if you are on your own,bye clearing the place setting at your table,room view was awful view of a blokes cruising bar/club with metal doors and everytime someone went I or came out,massive clang as the doors shut. The most disappointing thing regarding this hotel is the fact that on day of departure you have to be out your room by mid-day which is great,but at 5pm when I asked if there is a place to get changed for the journey home,was told no,go and get changed in the toilet,only place in the world I have traveled to where you have to do this,and for this reason I will never stay there again,as I fell fithy and sweaty after getting changed in a toilet cubicle.

La verdad es que ha sido una experiencia fantástica estar en el hotel Neptuno, la comida muy buena, el alojamiento cómodo, todo ha estado genial, pero lo mejor de todo ha sido el personal del hotel son estupendos, super amables en especial los camareros.
