Excellent location, just by the beach. The rooms are very spacious, clean and amazing view. Food selection is great, lactose free & gluten free options are available. Every staff members were very helpful, kind and professional. Try the roof top bar for sunset. If you rented a car, use the large car park next to the hotel. I’ll choose this hotel again when I come to Gran Canaria. 💫🏝️

hatte einen guten Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden. Ein wenig hellhörig das ganze, es ist auch eine Sache der anderen Gäste (manche sind halt leider laut) Hab einigermaßen gut geschlafen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad groß und funktional. Schöner Balkon mit Meeresblick. Personal (Rezeption & Zimmerservice) wirklich nett und freundlich!

No complaints. Rooms are big with plenty of fridge and freezer space. Excellent shower with decent pressure. Comfortable beds and decent size floor space and wardrobe space. The bedrooms are away from the sun so stay cooler. Worth spend a few extra quid for a higher up apartment as the views are stunning. All the staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful. Perfect hotel to use as a base for exploring the island

Price in relation to what you get does not match. The rooms were not cleaned every day and the trash was not collected. Which resulted in there being cockroaches there. The whole place is old and worn. The doors on the cupboards were crooked and almost fell off. The sofa was so tired that if you sat down on it you could feel the frame through the cushions and it was by no means certain that you would get up again. When the staff had washed the cups, there were still leftovers. The sunbeds were old and hard. The water in the pool was so cold that it was uncomfortable to bathe. The lifts were out of order almost every day. Lots of mosquitoes/small flies biting. No air conditioning. A person had gained access to a room where he did not live himself. Is not recommended
