Tendrían que. Mejorar el desayuno decía. Bufet y su bufet solo tenía huevos frijol ??? Y algo muy importante la verdad tuvieron varias fallas con la luz por la noche por.el aire

Very clean lovely hotel.The staff are super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a plus. Very good hotel for a decent price. The only improvement I would suggest is to invest in a whole bunch more comfortable sun loungers for by the pool.

Staff and service are excellent. Extremely clean room and areas. Wonderful location. You can walk to so many shops and restaurants. Only thing I could say is there are no lounge chairs at the pool area. Isabela who looked after our room was perfect. A great place to stay if you want to see the town of La Crucecita

La amabilidad la atención y el servicio es excelente realmente lo enamoran a uno por su buen trato y eso nos hizo cambiarnos de hotel muchas gracias. Mire fue tan buena la acogida y el la hospitalidad que cambiamos de hotel para venirnos aquí porque realmente está mucho más bello más silencioso y sobre todo la amabilidad fue la que nos conquistó llevó el trato

Lo bueno:
Los cuartos son muy grandes, la ubicación es muy buena (15 mins caminando a Playa Chahue, un Oxxo a 3 mins, un supermercado grande a 10 mins, varios restaurantes buenos en la zona), y el personal de recepción es muy amable.
Lo malo:
El desayuno no es muy bueno, se escucha un poco de ruido de los demás cuartos, y el servicio de limpieza es mala.
Desafortunadamente pasó en 2 días diferentes que el personal de limpieza no nos limpió bien el cuarto, e incluso la primera noche sospechamos que las sabanas en una de las camas no las habían cambiado del huesped anterior ya que la cama tenía arena y no olía limpio. También algunos cubiertos en el desayuno no estaban del todo limpio.

The staff were amazing, in particular Yailene and housekeeping staff member Sylvia. They made you feel like family and were so friendly and professional. The pool was clean and refreshing. The only negative is that there were only 3 lounge chairs and two were broken. There is not a lot of area beside the pool for lounging, but I have confidence management will rectify this issue. It was also mentioned pool towels will be made available in the future. I found the area quiet and a short walk to downtown La Crucecita. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
