I went to this place and stayed and I was VERY disappointed. First the pics look nothing like what the experience was like. Needs updated. No air conditioning in main lobby area and hallways (only in rooms) bathroom on my room was very dirty, shower, floor(in the corners) and mirror. The room was not clean! Comforter had a stain on it. The only positive thing was the bed was comfortable. We stayed 1 night since we had been traveling since 3 am in the morning. We were beat. Working on trying to get my money back. It is ran by Indians and they were friendly but they do not put money or effort into keeping place up to date.

Not sure how this place ever got 3 star review. No way does it stack up in that league. It's my opinion it is well on its way to be a 10 star dump. Baggage carts were broken. Our shower rod and curtain wouldn't stay closed. Cheesy microwave counter with the formica torn off in places. Never did find the breakfast area. The coffee in the lobby was as thick as coal tar. Comfort Inns are not all like this one but this one has given the whole chain a black eye. A 3 star hotel, not even close. It is also my opinion they had to of paid someone for that review.

Do yourself a favor and skip this place altogether! It was dingy and dirty. Had we not been so exhausted we would have left right away. Our first clue as what to expect was the beer bottle outside our room full of cigarettes. The walls had splattered (I can only assume) ketchup down them and the bathroom was dirty all the way around. The “free” breakfast was the worst powdered eggs and sausage gravy I’ve ever attempted to eat, right in the trash is where it went. We usually have our dog with us and have stayed in some rooms that weren’t great, but this room was a “suite” and was worse than any pet friendly room we’ve stayed in to date. Needless to say we will never stay here again! Do better Comfort Inn!

We stayed one night here. It's an older hotel, but they are making improvements. Easy to get to from the interstate. I was disappointed in the breakfast choices. We decided to walk across the parking lot to Cracker Barrel instead. I also was not please with the Channel selection at the hotel. It may seem like something minimal, but we stayed there when there were severe thunderstorms and tornadoes in the area and there were no local channels to watch to keep me informed. ATT DirecTV was a terrible choice. BUT...I felt safe, the rooms were clean and the staff was very nice.

Clean quiet and safe. It's a huge hotel and conference center. Has an attached Irish Pub/Grill. My only complaint was with the breakfast. Breakfast starts at 6am and by 6:30am the hot breakfast offerings were slim, only had the typical scrambled 'eggs' and they were dry, crumbly and less than stellar. Biscuits and Gravy but no biscuits. I'd stay here again, but skip the breakfast next time.

I have been traveling for a long time and this was one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. The room was dirty, smelled extremely bad, the carpet was not clean, stains on the wall, bugs (dead and alive), and dusty. Overall the staff was friendly but the bottom line is that travelers want a clean and tidy room when staying at a hotel. The entire cleaning staff needs to be held accountable for this gross hotel. Would 100% NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

i stayed here with my softball team for a tournament, we all had to leave immediately not even staying one night. rooms were disgusting finger prints all over mirrors, hairs everywhere, trashes not taken out, my dads bed had red smears of what looked j like blood and boogers wiped all over the sides of things. even worse the mens bathroom in the lobby was disgusting feces all over the toilets and walls
