Just don’t do it. The picture on the website are deceptive. The place was built in 1947 and has never been updated. The walls had splatters on them, discoloring the walls. The carpet had big dirty spots. The furniture in the rooms was dirty and stained. The room temperature was uncontrollable, and it was very uncomfortable for sleeping. It was a night with little or no sleep. When the these issues were brought to the attention of staff they just said others raised the same issue. Then proceeded to tell us the place was going to be torn down in 2 weeks.?? Then stop selling substandard rooms for $200 a night.

At one time, maybe 50 years ago, this was clearly a destination. However, it has fallen into neglect and disrepair. The room, which was flogged as a luxury suite, was filthy and broken down with chipping paint soiled carpets, and stained furniture. Don’t believe the website photos - at least with regard to our room they misrepresented the property.

The bed and bathroom were clean. The common areas and carpet in room were dirty. There is no AC and leaving windows opened was not an option - noisy and felt unsafe. They offer an extra fan to alleviate, but you will sign a boucher for $100 to get the extra fan.. I was told guess steal them and they need to make sure to get their $10 fan back. They offer internet but it is so slow I could not successfully connect in the room or lobby. I checked out in the middle of night! I would not recommend this place if you need a good night sleep or want to feel safe and relaxed.
