Check in phòng quá lâu!Nếu cứ duy trì dịch vụ như vậy thì sẽ không có khách hàng nào muốn đặt phòng ở đây nữa,tôi mong rằng phía quản lý của khách sạn sẽ đọc được nội dung đánh giá của tôi và sớm cải thiện chất lượng phục vụ của mình.Ấn tượng lần đầu như thế này quá chán.

Khách sạn phục vụ kém, check in lâu, chờ mãi không có phòng, gần hai tiếng đồng hồ mà chưa nhận được phòng, thái độ phục vụ kém. Đi du lịch mà như đi hành xác. Nói chung là quá chán, mọi người nên tránh ksan này ra. Đồ ăn thì ruồi muỗi nhiều, bu đầy bàn đầy ghế, mất vệ sinh, chờ đồ lâu. Quá tệ !

Overall love the room with nice queen size bed and decor. Is inviting and good cleanliness. Just only neighbourhood a little noisy from singing but ended before 12 midnight. Overall good first time experience to cửa lò

Khách sạn 3 sao nhưng ko hơn gì nhà nghỉ. Phòng vêh sinh tắc. Nước bên lạnh bị khoá. Nhân viên lễ tân thay vì tiếp nhận thông tin thì yêu cầu ngược lại khâch. Bufet sáng đến 7h30 đã ko tiếp th đồ ăn. Các món siêu ít và đơn điêu ...trải nghiệm tồi tệ và ko bg muốn quay lại
