Best Hotels in Cucciago, Italy

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura, camera molto spaziosa, struttura ristrutturata da poco, pulitissima e molto silenziosa. La sera abbiamo cenato presso la trattoria, ed oltre ad una rara gentilezza abbiamo trovato dei piatti davvero ottimi! Voto eccellente solo perché non posso dare di più 😉

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo per una notte. Nonostante la breve permanenza abbiamo vissuto un esperienza negativa. Parliamo della Camera. Si presenta con un bel arredamento che da l'impressione di essere un hotel molto curato. In realtà abbiamo constato che le finestre avevano spigoli in ferro non arrotondati con cui mi sono ferito al primo passaggio vicino alla finestra. In bagno non puoi fare la doccia senza allagare il bagno. Il soffione aveva una perdita che dirigeva lo spruzzo al di la del vetro della doccia con conseguente allagamento del bagno. Il bidè aveva una perdita. Usando il bidè abbiamo allagato il bagno e l'ingresso. Ovviamente non potevamo immaginare e poi alle 3 di notte non ti va di chiamare la reception per risolvere il problema. I cuscini del letto della camera sono inconsistenti. Non è presente un terzo cuscino. Nella camera non era stato impostata l'aria condizionata e quindi per il 90 % della nostra permanenza non abbiamo potuto usarla. A causa di un problema fisico abbiamo chiesto un late checkout per uscire dalla camera Alle 16. Costo 100 euro. Mi sembra un tantinello esagerato. Ma la cosa più assurda è stato l'interrogatorio. La mattina del checkout il mio team viene INTERROGATO DALLO STAFF Dell ALBERGO per sapere come mai la Sera prima non avessimo cenato nel loro ristorante. Hanno preteso di parlare con il manager per chiedere spiegazioni. Sapevano in quale ristorante avevamo mangiato. Mi è sembrato un comportamento poco consono e maleducato. Per lavoro giriamo il mondo è avrò visitato circa 700 alberghi e non avevo mai visto un comportamento del genere. Peccato perché la. Struttura potrebbe anche meritare ma visto lo staff e i problemi riscontrati, oltre al prezzo pagato, direi....Assolutamente da evitare.

Tutto perfetto, stanza pulita e spaziosa, bagno enorme con vasca idromassaggio, il tutto in questa villetta carinissima e ben curata. Colazione abbondante con brioche fresche. La cigliegina sulla torta è stato il gestore Oscar, persona di una cordialità e di una simpatia incredibile. Super consigliato

The stuff is superbe! The people from the front desk are super professional even when you are stressed they think about a way to solve problems with going the extra mile! Thank you so much for such service! So reader please be nice to them! The breakfast and the beds/rooms/toilet/foyer are very clean - that’s really a big plus and beds are truely comfy. The modern Retro looking supercool Toilet even has a bidet and the soap is not one of those cheap soaps it smells wonderful and is not slimy! Check out the Italian espresso! It’s good and also the mini cupcakes, fresh different fruits, the fresh yoghurt (no drying spots yesss) and the salami is remarkable. Foyer and check in with modern desks for working travelers or young and old kids who want to charge their gadgets… Wifi: no Problems Good rest :)

The hotel is situated 7 mins walk from the train station Camerlata. It's easy to get to too. Super friendly staff. Lake como is 2 stops by train or 12-20mins by bus. Laura & the team was amazing, friendly and always available to help. The rooms are spacious & good value for money. Really enjoyed our stay!!

I am very disappointed with this Hotel as it didn't have a working air conditioning during our stay, even though they advertise at *********** and their webpage as having it. I complained several times to Hotel's front desk and they said they they were working with their technical department to fix it. Nothing was ever done since we requested it a after our first night at the hotel. The only thing they did is to put a fan in the room, that was their solution to the problem. We were unable to sleep comfortably because of the heat as summer moved in. Decided to move to another hotel and shorten our stay, but the Hotel decided to apply penalty for the whole stay. What about the fact that they cheat their guests offering A/C when it doesn't have it? Apart from the fact that breakfast items run our early and you have to end up with a very limited assortment of foods. I really advise guests, to avoid this Hotel, specially if you are sensible to heat during the night. (it was around 30”C)

We have only spent 3 nights in this beautiful garden. The old buildings have been renovated lovely and the old charm is feeling in the facility. From the reception to the newly opened restaurant (absolutely delicious regional food! evening) the staff was very friendly and premature. English was not a problem too. The nearness to the motorway we have seen as a advantage in the excursions, the noise is heard. For our dog the good was also a highlight! In the small park, accessible through the window, you can use the line to walk. There are also plenty of green flakes around the hotel. The buffet is rather overviewed, there are regional sauce and cheese, bread and sweet food, and fresh fruit (unfortunately no vegetables). Who prefers a shower than a bath, should ask for a room with a shower. We have got a suite with a bathtub which was uncomfortable for us. In the whole we had a beautiful feeling to be welcome, and that's the most important!

I was on a Northern Italy Lake Tour with my mom and best friend with 25 other people. This hotel was the second stop of our trip. The travel company selected the hotels, so we were at the mercy of where they put us. If you like rock hard beds, wafer thin pillows, scratchy rough sheets, semi clean rooms, abrasive and rude staff, then this is a place for you! The two stars are for excellent wifi connection and speed and friendly housekeeping staff. This is clearly a very busy hotel. Every time we went through the lobby there were groups checking in. The sign said the air conditioning in the hotel would be on until 10/22, and we checked out before the 22nd and it was never on. Rooms were stuffy and hot. We had to ask about opening the window, which we had to sign a waiver (understandable - there are no screens). Each bed had one very thin pillow. When we asked for 3 more (one for each in the room) the look of dismay and surprise from the person at the front desk was almost comical. The fridge in the room was stocked daily, but never was cold enough to even chill the bottles. We had the same waiter two nights and he was miserable, unfriendly, inattentive and just down right rude. I tried to be friendly to see if it would help - and it didn’t. When asking for directions at the front desk the person seemed annoyed that we asked, was very curt and snotty. Even when looking at other staff they all looked miserable - no one smiled. At least the housekeeping ladies were pleasant and greeted you with good morning and a smile. Not an overly welcoming experience and I couldn’t wait to check out and continue on our trip. If I was to come back, I certainly would not book to stay here.

Highly recommend DO NOT BOOK that horrible hotel! There are much better accommodations around. 03.09- 04.09 Me & my boyfriend paid 230 euros for one night's stay in that hotel (COMO) The receptionist (Cristian) said the policy of the hotel obliges us to pay the whole amount for accommodation while check-in. So we did. I paid the whole amount in cash. The next day 04.09 hotel charged me again the same whole price for my stay by using my card details. I called reception, and Claudia told me that she will call me back, but she never did, she left home without telling any colleagues about my problem. I called reception again the next day and Claudia when she heard that it's me she said that I have to wait for an answer. I asked her how long because I need my money and I want to know when will I have it back, but she dropped the phone! DROPPED THE PHONE! So I don't even know what to do, it is super humiliating to face such an attitude, should I bag the hotel to get my money back?! They do not reply to the emails, do not call me back, or hang the phone if I call. I don't want to go to the police, but what else can I do?! The hotel in Como and the hotel in Milan have two different owners, so even in Milan, they said that they can not do anything to help me. It's the first time in all my travel experience I face such rudeness and unprofessionalism. Apart from that, we did the checkout at 11.15, so we were 15 min late. The receptionist (Claudia) charged us 15 euros (1 euro per minute) for the late checkout. More of that, she insisted that I should pay as well for the late checkout for the other guests, that Im not related to! Because we booked our rooms at the same time for her it means that we are friends and I will pay for them as well! I couldn't do anything since she had my card, I was obliged to pay. The other guests, paid for their rooms separately, with another card, but Claudia still charged me those 40 euro! That is unacceptable! I was very mad, so I told Claudia the trough ”That is the worst hotel I had ever stayed” and Claudia replied, ”YOU ARE THE WORST CUSTOMER EVER”. Apart from all that, the rooms are very poor, the view is horrible! For many years there are the construction works in front, so that will be the view from your balcony! The walls are so thin that you can literally hear all the conversations of the other guests.
