It is a relatively old hotel, which has been remodeled. I got a remodeled room and it is beautiful. The attention of some employees is good, but there are a few who have no idea about customer service. The Wi-Fi in the room is extremely slow, the TVs are old, they do not connect to mobile applications or the one I had, and the channels were blurry. Breakfast is average, the head of staff at the buffet treats the customer as if they were begging. We complained about it and the next day they changed all the staff, which means that they do listen to the customer.
