To make matters worse, after spending the entire afternoon worrying and taking steps to cancel the card and subsequently trying to claim the charge, I went out to file the corresponding complaint and grab something for dinner since we were no longer going to have dinner there (because we were afraid to pay with another card), when leaving with the car they asked me for the garage remote control and the room key, I refused telling them that my partner is staying in the room and I am going to go out for a moment and now I will return, they continue insisting without They wanted to open the door for me and I finally gave in to be able to leave and I gave them the control and I told them again that she who was inside had the key to the room and I couldn't give it to her, they opened it for me and I left. Two minutes later, my scared partner called me, who was taking a shower, and the hotel staff came into the room and told him that they thought we had left, apologizing, OUTRAGEOUS AND SHAMEFUL!! In short, a day that we had taken to relax and enjoy, turned into a nightmare!! Now this week I will dedicate it to getting up early before going to work to carry out procedures: bank to obtain receipt for the complaint, civil guard to file a report, again to the bank to file a report... new card with another number, which I must go the next day to the bank to pick it up… THE ONE THEY HAD TO ME, WHAT A SHAME!!

Dirty garage, dirty room, dirty toilet and the jacuzzi we didn't even talk about, the hotel workers walking through the hallways with music and talking loudly, they didn't give me the option to change the milk for breakfast for a juice since I don't drink milk, either. Could you order tomato toast since they didn't have tomato, in a hotel? Oh really? What a place, I won't go back even if they give it to me, if we ended up there it was because there was no room in the loob, next time we'd rather go to a normal hotel than to this place that isn't worth a single euro of everything you pay and that no one cleans, I left disgusted, a shame.

We stayed at this Motel because there was no room at the Zouk hotel. We arrived at the Venus Motel an hour early and the room was ready and they charged us 50 euros more for the hour. This is a theft knowing that we have already paid for the room that cost us a lot of money. I was celebrating my anniversary with my husband and we spent money on drinks and food. Surprisingly, they called us at 8 p.m. to pay for what we had consumed up to that hour, which has never happened to us with the Zouk hotel. Everything was paid upon departure when you left the hotel. It seemed to me that we looked like criminals who didn't trust us. The reason they gave us for the motel's policy is that if you spend more than 50 euros you had to pay it. I am not complaining about the motel but the treatment of the clients because it is not normal for them to charge before leaving the motel because it seems that they do not trust their clients and we are not McDonalds workers. We left a bill of almost 500 euros and the treatment is terrible. I'm saying this to know if anyone who has stayed at this Motel has had the same thing happen to them.

You better not make a mistake with the online reservation, because once you have confirmed, there is no way for them to solve anything even if you call them the next minute to explain the problem. They are not going to answer your emails or anything either, they are lentils and I think that a business has to help its customers, especially with something as simple as delaying entry for a couple of hours.... Well, the receptionists don't even know how to fix that, they know. they wash their hands. It's not worth it, there are a thousand hotels like this with good customer service, if there is a problem to risk losing money in this one because of their reservation system

This past January 12th I had a reservation in the Futuristic Master Suite to celebrate my anniversary with my partner. A regrettable experience and treatment. IF YOU ARE GOING TO PAY FOR THIS SUITE DON'T EVER DO IT. As I went up the stairs with my partner that you access from the garage, I found cakes on the stairs and dirt, and well, I thought that by chance they had missed looking at the stairs and cleaning it and I didn't want to give it any importance. As we settled into the room I was super disappointed for having spent that money on something that in these times was not EVEN SANITIZED! Along with this I FOUND: - Hair and dirt under the bed and on the sides from previous guests. - 2 candy wrappers on the same floor in plain sight - the walls dirty with lipstick stains and splashes with who knows what that was all about. - the window blind when you lower it signed with lipstick graffiti and writing - the bathroom with traces of foreign feces in the bowl splashed inside - the sink as soon as you had the water filled up because it was clogged and gave off a nauseating smell, ME I HAD TO BRUSH MY TEETH WHERE PEOPLE CLEAN THEIR ASS so I couldn't stand the smell and so the water wouldn't overflow -My partner went to put on his bathrobe and it had brown stains and foreign hair, and it seemed to be washed (namely What a shape), we ordered another one, and also with stains - 2 projectors with cobwebs pointing nowhere and they didn't even work, completely useless - The lights in the room THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE ALL THE SUPER FUTURISTIC THINGS IT HAS!! Well, THEY weren't even WORKING correctly and some parts of the LED *****s were BLEW - I went out to the pool area and the Turkish bath, etc., and the bathroom door was off the hook, rubbing the glass against the floor, with the danger that this would pose if it were to break. It broke, and if you didn't pull up with all your strength to put the glass in its place, forget about opening and closing it. Habitación pequeña, ni un cepillo de dientes, cena mediocre que sabía a aceite usado mil veces, ni una manta, almohadas planas, la ducha y el jacuzzi es lo mismo por lo que es muy incómodo se moja toda la habitación, no tiene mampara, toallas escasas, no hay albornoces, ni equipo de música, la tele no tiene HDMI ni deja pasar imágenes desde el móvil solo sonido, el wifi no funciona y no cargaba ni vídeos de Youtube, los canales la mitad no se veían y la otra mitad se cortaban, para la cena no pusieron ni cubiertos, teníamos otra reserva para el mes que viene que hemos cancelado, no volveremos a este hotel, tiene mucho que envidiar a otros de este tipo muy cercanos, dinero tirado.
