Todo me gustó, el personal muy amable y atento, desde la recepción, meseros y valet parking.
Lo único que cambiaría es qué, los snacks estuvieran incluídos en el costo de la habitación, y no nada más las 2 botellas de agua por día.
De ahí en fuera, todo perfecto.

We LOVE this sweet hotel! This was our first time staying here, and everything was perfect. My daughter and I stayed in the room with twin beds. It was much more spacious than it appeared in the pictures, and it was impeccably clean. The room was well-appointed, staff was friendly, grounds were lovely. There were festivities going on in the Plaza de Armas, in preparation for el dia de los tres reyes magos, and it was nice to be in close proximity to enjoy it all. We can't wait to come back!

El lugar es súper conveniente. Los principales lugares del centro de Cuernavaca están muy cerca a pie. Muy iluminada la calle de noche, muy tranquilos los alrededores, se puede descansar muy bien. El restaurante del hotel con.uy buen servicio y muy buena comida, sobre todo el pan de la casa. Todo muy limpio.

Nos encantó el hotel, con detalles muy bonitos y de buen gusto, las habitaciones muy bonitas,limpias y cómodas las camas deliciosas. Llegamos de madrugada, nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad. El desayuno más que delicioso ambientado con música en vivo. Excelente servicio.
