It's a small old building hotel with good service and average hardware. It's one of the best hotels in the area. It's okay to stay for one night.

Buenos dias, fue una experiencia inolvidable, recomiendo ampliamente, el lugar realmente es bellísimo y sus jardines hermosos, la comida muy rica y la atención es excelente. -Había poco personal para dar servicio en el restaurante y por lo mismo la atención era muy lenta y deficiente, sobretodo el viernes y el sábado.
-El costo de la comida no era proporcional, era muy cara.
-El personal de limpieza de las habitaciones rompió mi secadora del pelo Dyson y el hotel no se hizo responsable ni se ha comunicado aún con nosotros, y a pesar de que en recepción ellos nos aseguraron al hacer el check out, de que se reportarían con nosotros a la brevedad para darnos una respuesta y solución a la situación, no fue así, porque ya transcurrió una semana y aún no lo hacen.
-El personal de limpieza al hacer los cuartos, no dejaba jabones ni cremas corporales diariamente como corresponde, solo te ponían uno el primer día y ese pretendían que lo usaras para bañarte y para el lavabo; y al solicitar un repuesto al personal, pretendían cobrar una cantidad extra por cada jabón o crema; considero que el costo por noche del hotel es alto y por supuesto debería cubrir este tipo de cosas por el precio que te están cobrando por la estancia.
-El café que te ofrecían de cortesía por las mañanas llegó en una jarra sucia y sabía terrible a rancio, realmente muy desagradable.
-El personal de recepción jamás respondía el teléfono al igual que tampoco lo hacían en el restaurante cuando les marcabas para solicitar el servicio al cuarto.

El hotel muy limpio, el personal es super amable y te tratan super bien. La alberca esta super comoda, las habitaciones son muy lindas y la cana muy comoda. Tomamos un masaje en el spa y fue una gran experiencia. Lo recomiendo mucho a quienes quieran un fin de descanso

C'est un endroit très spécial. La nourriture m'a assez surpris et l'accompagnement musical live est excellent. C'est un endroit qui capture l'essence du Mexique dans un style moderne et luxueux. J'y retournerai pour renouveler l'expérience.

A terrible experience, indeed. When paying my check, our waiter asked for tip to be paid in cash. I declined and required a 10% to be added to my credit card charge. Usually, I'd have tipped him with a 15% but his service really ******. He never offered any additional drink, not even coffee or dessert, which is rude at any restaurant, especially at a fine dining place like this. In Mexico, tip must be included in the final amount to be approved by your credit card bank. So, I said to add 10%, but he added 15% instead. I asked for a receipt only to prove to Management of this fraudulent and unacceptable behavior. Manager suggested a 5% reimbursement, which I declined as it's not the money that bothers me, but a clear fraudulent practice. Avoid this place!

Es un excelente hotel que cuenta con todas las comodidades de primer nivel. Definitivamente, regresaría! La cena romántica estuvo increíble; mi esposa quedó anonadada. La comida y el servicio de tod@s lo@ empleados, inigualables. Ampliamente recomendable.
