******* me vendió 2 desayunos a $108 cada uno. Al llegar a desayunar eran continentales (pan y café) me ofrecieron pagar $100 y algo, por persona para tener un desayuno COMPLETO. Es decir que la app te vende un desayuno continental en lo que el hotel te vende el COMPLETO. de haber sabido está TRANZA hubiera pagado solo mi reserva y ya en el lugar hubiera pagado los mismos 216 pesos por dos desayunos COMPLETOS. El hotel lo sabe (la mesera me lo dijo) y no lo ha solucionado. Solo puedo pensar que es falta de interés por cuidar a sus huéspedes o un ENJUAGUE entre la app y el hotel. Por cierto pagué $1500 por una habitación para dos personas y la verdad fue DEMASIADO para el nivel del hotel. Esta en una calle espantosa. La verdad siento que recibí muy poco por lo que pagué. No pienso regresar nunca en mi vida y si pueden reservar en otro sitio HAGANLO. Un sitio que no defiende a sus huéspedes de un abuso NO VALE LA PENA.

Me gustó el diseño de la propiedad, es un hotel pequeño con ambiente familiar. El servicio me gustó mucho también, sus desayunos muy ricos y la atención del personal excelente.. lo único que faltó es que el agua de la alberca no estuviese fría.

Un lugar muy cómodo para descansar, jamás tuve problemas con nada. Lo único que no me gustó es que el domingo sentaron a un grupo que llegó sábado afuera de las habitaciones para desayunar y que en lugar de que los huéspedes bajen la voz, empezaron a hablar como si estuvieran solamente ellos sin considerar que existía más gente queriendo descansar. Nunca tuve problemas con la temperatura de la regadera al contrario estuvo perfecto, el masaje que pedimos está de 100/100 muy recomendable. El personal del hotel es de clase mundial.
