La alberca es muy amplia. Muy buena, si acaso le faltan algunos detalles de mantenimiento (Mosaicos Rotos) pero muy agradable el area de piscina

Es una propiedad amplia con bellos jardines y alberca grande. Pero cuenta con poco personal, este es amable pero insuficiente y se esfuerza, pero no tiene las condiciones para realizar bien su trabajo. La hora del check in es a las 15:00 y nos asignaron habitación hasta después de las 16:00 horas. Es común que los huéspedes dejen la habitación tarde, pues se alojaron tarde. Un círculo vicioso. Bellos jardines y entorno. No hay Gym, mini golfito o squash. Si temazcal y masajes. Se deben reservar con días de anticipación. Sazón del servicio a cuartos excelente. Relación precio-servicio buena si se reserva por aplicación. El rak del hotel es más del doble que con aplicación.

Llegue a las 5 y aun no estaba disponible la habitación, cuando por fin me dieron la habitación no habia toallas ni papel sanitario, aunque hay servicio de alimentos en alberca tardaron 1 hora en tomar pedido y 1 hora en llevarme lo que pedí, la alberca fría, el restaurante lentísimo y caro
Lo único rescatable es el personal que es atento y cordial pero claramente estan rebasados les falta contratar mas personal
El hotel para nada es 5 estrellas a lo mucho 3

Las instalaciones agradables el agua de la piscina climatizada. Nosotros tuvimos una mala experiencia al reservar con ******* ya que al elegir la habitación el hotel no nos dió la habitación que correspondía según las imágenes de la página de *******. Al solicitar hablar con la gerente en turno quien nos dijo llam**** solo “Ady” le mostré las imágenes de la habitación que reservamos y nos dijo que ella no podía hacer nada al respecto que teníamos dos opciones: 1.- Hablar a la agencia 2.- Pagar un extra por el tipo de habitación que se mostraba en la página Por lo que decidimos hablar a *******, aunque solo tuvimos comunicación por un chat, fuimos atendidos por “Karla Maria” agente virtual quien nos mencionó que las imágenes eran ilustrativas. Nos sentimos engañados :( ya que cuando uno reserva observa las características de la habitación escritas y en imágenes y al ver las imágenes de la habitación fue como elegimos. Nos parece que muchas personas pueden caer en este engaño :(.

Es un hotel muy tranquilo y limpio. La alberca es muy disfrutable. Las bebidas que sirven en la alberca están muy caras para el volumen y calidad que ofrecen.

Nos dieron una habitación sin vista, no había teléfono, tuvieron que poner una persona de mantenimiento a colocarlo durante 20 minutos.
Sin cafetera en el cuarto. Reserve para 3 y solo 2 toallas. Pedi 3 consomés al cuarto y me cobraron 500 pesos por los consomés. Quedaron de darme opciones para desayuno y no las tuvieron.

La experiencia fue muy buena especialmente en la atención de los empleados y en la calidad y sabor de los alimentos. La limpieza del cuarto fue muy buena, pero le faltan muebles para poner la ropa y para poner la comida cuando la solicita a la habitación. La temperatura de la alberca es adecuada, pero estaba algo sucia de hojas y semillas de los árboles que están alrededor.
